This is the best car service I have ever received! Excellent all-around service that included experience, cordiality, knowledge, understanding, and punctuality! My car was ready as promised. They washed it and included a goodie bag as well! I was given a detailed list of what my car needed and how I should go about obtaining the service, including credit if I needed it. Heather was superb! She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and professional about the car service. Also, I was given a cour†esy car until my car was repaired. I will continue having my car repaired here. I liked being pampered

All I went in for was for an ac flush, now you're going to blame on the compressor being broken beforehand. No! You're wrong! My ac was brand new until your guy did whatever he did to jack it up. I can't even have the ac setting on its lowest level without it making a loud chopping racket noise. How can you guys take no responsibility? You have no credibility and have no business being open. Oh yeah. By the way none of the employees were wearing masks.

My daughter's Acura was towed to George's Shell yesterday, Oct 14 2020, which is a AAA recommended facility. The car had a cooling system failure. The concern was "diagnosed" and the repair was estimated to be $1300 to "REPLACE RADIATOR, REPLACE RADIATOR HOSES, REPLAE RADIATOR CAP, FLUSH COOLING SYSTEM, REPLACE THERMOSTAT." They also "found" the motor mounts to be bad and would include that repair for $2600 total. She was charged a $90 diagnostic fee. She contacted me who and I was uncomfortable with the diagnosis

Beware, stay away! This repair shop is dishonest and they specifically target women. They have women working in customer service to be friendly and to give you the information about the price of your repairs. Beware! I've been going to George Sierra for a few years and I semi-trusted them. However, I noticed every time I take my cars in the repair bill is over $1000 dollars. I could not understand this. However, now I understand. On 10/8/2020, I took my 2015 vehicle, which I barely drive for an oil change. After George Sierra inspected it, I was told the projected repairs totaled

I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and decided I'd give it a shot ... I'm new to the area and I was looking for a new place to get my vehicles routine maintenance service done.

What a set-up, this place is primed to rip you off, I came in to get my conditioner checked and left with a $1500 estimate to repair it not including the freon, they offer shuttle service but little else .I took my car elsewhere and will save myself the agony of knowing I got ripped off.The staff here is too big so they have to overcharge.

This is a scam business, you get referred to by AAA. Triple A will tell you that you would get a 10% labor and parts. You get there the girl's upfront will tell you to give you the email and they will email you the diagnosis. They will not email you but they will call you a ridiculous price begging you to get your car out of there. You go pick up the car they would still ding you 79 dollars and if you ask about your fifty dollars or 10% discount they would tell you stupid that does not apply. If you had about the same experience within the last two years contact me here we are taking

Wouldn't go there if you're going to pay with Apple Pay lol. If you get some young girl she'll just rob your money. She said it would go back to my card and it's been two months lol. I had put $35 but was only able to use $29 meaning I'd get around $6 back but nope never got it. It wasn't much but I mean no one else going to give me that money. This has happened before but the other employee had actually given me my money back thank god. I recommend going to any other Shell if the young girl is cashier because she'll just rob you.

What a great experience. George's Shell picked my vehicle up from work. They left me a vehicle to use h to o go get lunch which was a very nice surprise. They called less than an hour later with detailed cost and recommended repairs.brought it backed washed and completed in about 4 hours. Treated better than at dealer at better price. Highly recommend

I took my Ford F-250 to George's Shell for service. The service I received was exceptional! I was met by friendly and professional team members who quickly checked me in. A team member provided me with a ride home while others kept me informed of the progress of my truck. From start to finish the employees at George's Shell were courteous, professional and caring. But I knew I made the right choice, the minute I walked in.

Took my rv there $129 just to diagnose she called me for $80 extra because of a fog machine,next day she called said it's ready I paid $510 when I'm about to leave the rv has the same problem so I leave the rv next day she wants $250 more for a part so WHAT WAS THE $510 IF THEY DIDN'T FIX IT??? I've had service here more than once. Once I had an electrical issue they fixed without problem and had an oil change service twice. The problem with this place for me was the price, they really try and dig in to find something extra to charge you for. I went in for a $60 oil change and left with a $300 bill. The electrical problem I had ended up being about $400 to inspect the wire harness and replace some ripped cables. This place has done great work for me but has also charged me pretty hard.

This place, and the staff, I have one word for... AMAZING!! My cars check engine light came on and George's Shell Station came HIGHLY recommended. Heather was incredible, she went above and beyond the call of duty to answer all my questions (no matter how many times I called.) Heather walked me through the entire process and let me know what suggestions the mechanic had and what should be done! I absolutely couldn't be happier. And to top it off they were kind enough to wash my car for me! Their prices were honest and fair, definitely recommend coming here if you have car trouble! Not

I brought my Scion in because the air conditioner wasn't working properly. Doug and the team took excellent care of me; from the complimentary coffee to car wash, to fixing my problem on my car. It's tough to find auto repair places you can trust. Cannot speak badly enough about my experiences with George's Sierra Shell! They tried to charge me nearly $1,900 for preliminary repairs on a $70.00 job to replace a cooling temperature sensor! Owner Doug Whiteman is cocky, arrogant, rude, and a know it all!
