As Austin and Pflugerville's premiere fitness facility, Bodies By Design Workout Room is a results-based body transformation center. That means if you're looking for accountability and support to get the body you want; in a safe, fun and life-changing environment, we're the place to be. We are a true "Body Transformation Center", not a gym, so every workout is led by one of our own certified Pflugerville Personal Trainers.

This way, you never have to guess if you're doing the most effective workout to burn stubborn fat off your body; we've already designed it for you. Every workout is personalized to drive your results, while still meeting you at your current fitness level. When you walk into our facility, you'll experience the tight Family-like environment and then quickly realize that we set the standard (very high) for quality.

At the Bodies By Design Workout Room our team is a group of seasoned fitness professionals that have been recognized by our peers and community as the best in the business. Our BBD fitness team has 76 years of experience in advanced nutrition, personal training, semi-private training, fitness boot camps, and senior wellness.
With our specially designed combinations of strength training, cardio endurance and metabolic conditioning, your body will become a fat-burning machine. Just like the before and after pictures on this website, you can expect to have a flatter stomach, stronger core, and a leaner body all over. It has been an AMAZING experience. Coming from an athletic background I am able to find myself in great hands here. The workouts are well put together and able to adjust to different levels depending where you are on your journey. I love coming to workout, everyone is so friendly and treats you like part of the FAMILY. I have a desk job where I sit and work at a computer all day. Long work days and Covid sent me into a year of lost workouts - I quickly lost flexibility, stamina and my fitness level became the worst in years. I wasn't able to do the hiking and activities I like with the same ease and joy as before. That's not the life I want, so I started a search for a new gym where I could get training.
I found more than a gym and more than "training" at Bodies By Design. The facility and equipment are the BEST and the owner- trainers exceed my expectations with their expertise and glowing positive energy.

I discovered the effectiveness (and enjoyability) of high intensity boot camp style fitness programs several years ago so was very particular in what I wanted when looking for a place to work out after two years of "vegging." There are several gyms in the community at large that offer this type programming but what drew me to the Bodies by Design Workout Room was the "private and semi-private" training offered, something I'd not yet experienced. I joined BBD in April. I am a 44-year-old father of two that sits at a computer all day, has knee pain from a previous ACL tear, and I had gained weight and was feeling terrible. When I met with Fred, I told him my only goal was to start feeling better and live longer for my kids.
In just 3 months, I've lost 14 lbs. I've lost 22 lbs of body fat. I've gained 6 lbs of muscle. I've reduced my body fat percent by over 8%. More importantly, I feel so much better. I have more energy and less knee pain.

I can honestly say that Bodies By Design has changed how I think and feel about working out and what a gym can offer. I reached out to Bodies By Design in March before my June wedding hoping to get some help losing those last few pounds to look like the perfect bride. BBD is more than a gym. It's a supportive community. Every individual I meet at BBD is friendly and welcoming. I started training with Fred in July. I had worked out before with a trainer that was not at the same level and I can see the results of consistently working out with a professional. Before coming to Bodies by Design I was frustrated and bored with my workouts/ fitness level. After joining 7 months ago I feel better and stronger than I ever have before.
Coach Donovan and Fred are awesome, they really care and help push you to be a better version of yourself. Everyone there is so supportive. I felt welcome the second I stepped into the gym that first day and everyday after that. There is a tremendous sense of community and support. The environment is unlike any gym I have been to. Bodies By Design is one of the best things that's happened to me! I joined after doing a 30-day jump start challenge and let me tell you it's one of the best decisions I've made. Consistency is key when making a lifestyle change - the trainers, the workouts, the people at BBD are CONSISTENT! They encourage you, they inspire you, they motivate you to be the best YOU. I disappeared for 2 months late last year for personal reasons, but Trainer Fred and some of my workout buddies never gave up on me! Ninette has been a wonderful trainer. I've been with BBD for 3 weeks now and am stronger, more confident and just really feel good in my skin. My body is changing, strengthening and at 43, I didn't think it would happen. Just goes to show you that you can get healthy at any age, you just have to make the commitment to yourself to do it. I put off getting a trainer for years. Between work and life, who has time to work out?! Then came my 39th birthday. I weighed in at about 100 pounds overweight. I had to lose it before 40 got the best, and biggest, of me. I needed to do something about the weight and loss of energy. I was so flippin' tired of being tired. Exhaustion:1 Me:0. It was time to flip the score!

I had tried to do it on my own, but always came up short.

I am totally Blessed to find Fred as my trainer. Bodies by Design is like a family and each person that trains with Fred supports each other. Fred will push you to limits that you couldn't imagine your body could do and makes sure you are doing the exercises with the proper techniques. His Gym is a place to turn off the cell phones, outside world and have time to focus on your own self and health. I have been a client of Bodies by Design for 3 years and when I got pregnant, I instantly thought of all those sayings about weird food cravings, swollen feet, and lots of weight gain. With that in mind, I set forth a plan to continually work out during and after my pregnancy to ensure I wouldn't become one of those negative pregnancy stories. The great trainers at Bodies by Design, through their active participation in my pregnancy goals and encouragement, worked with me every step of way. I visited and no one was there . And i called and asked if its dancing class .since the room deco seems dancing ball room. And he said "no" not even want to introduce what else he offer and i really felt bad because i drove all the way to place.

If you are looking for a personal trainer to help you get in shape then come see Fred. You will love the small group training and individual attention that you won't get at the big name gyms. I always felt that I was wasting time at the big gyms, barely working up a sweat during my workouts.. but that's not the case here. The workouts are challenging and different every day so you'll never get bored. Bodies by Design is the perfect place to help you get in shape and reach all your fitness goals.

I've tried all kinds of fitness classes and exercise routines in the past. None of them worked for me. I reached a higher weight than I'd ever been before and decided I had to do something about it. I called Trainer Fred at Bodies by Design and was super impressed with his friendly and honest answers to my questions. I started boot camp right away and was 20 lbs lighter just a few months later.
