Athlete or non-athlete, beginner or advanced, if you have a goal, we have a personalized training plan just for you. Semi-Private, 1 on 1, 45min and 90min Sessions available. We have two membership options best suited for athletes, former athletes, and experienced gym goer. Options include a Regular 24/7 Access Membership and an Assisted Membership.

Reserve a batting cage today! We welcome parents, teams, coaches, and individuals. We have 5 total batting cages and two pitching machines located in two sections of our facility. Choose our Custom Program option to have the best control over your workouts and their progressions. Or choose one of our pre-designed programs. Switch between programs at anytime. Our coaches are Nationally accredited personal trainers and USA track and field coaches with over 10 years of helping individuals lose weight, get lean, and reach their athletic potential.
Over the past 10 years we've been providing sport specific personal training to athletes of every level and almost every sport. Our facility serves athletes in the local Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Austin and surrounding areas. We also have have remote personal training and hybrid services for athletes who travel frequently or don't live nearby.
Workouts focus on building strength, balance, coordination, power. You'll have a designated coach to answer any questions and keep you accountable! This strength & conditioning outline is a two in one, full body strength plus a 20min interval workout. This workout is a two in one, a 45min Bike Interval workout and a Core workout.
If don't see a time that you need or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us. Please make sure parents and athletes over the age of 18 sign this liability waiver prior to using the cage. When your reservation time is up, clear out as quickly as possible. If you're using our space 15mins PAST your reservation end time, we will automatically charge your account for the next time slot.

Great training facility! All coaches are knowledgeable and make it a mission to help you see results that last a lifetime. And they just added a few new batting cages that are more affordable than any other location around!

Bad weather forced us inside. David is a longtime friend and was named “fittest man and Austin” at one point. More than that he is a great communicator. My sophomore and senior boys are not very talkative and of course there is always family stress. After we finish the work out they were in the best mood. They got a great all purpose work out had fun and felt like they achieve some thing. David is just amazing matching your level of fitness to what you need from him. And he never quit smiling. Don’t go anywhere else this is the place!

We use the facility for batting practice. It is NOT over crowded or extremely noisy allowing for verbal instruction to the kids. Would recommend

Our baseball teams have been utilizing the baseball cages at the gym for a few years now. David and Erika run a high quality training facility. They have very positive and energetic personalities. If self improvement is on your priority list, I highly recommend this place.

I wanted a place that offered one on one training in a safe and open setting. Especially with COVID-19, this gym felt very safe and clean! Every one respected the fact that this was an issue and wore masks and sanitized the equipment after use. Not to mention, my trainer worked with my restrictions, as I am recovering from some health issues.

I definitely recommend this gym if you are an athlete, or an everyday person that's just wanting to stay active and healthy!

I joined Outright Fitness in January, and was very excited about learning from the coaches on building power, strength, and speed. I'd heard about their work from several athletes in town, and I was eager to learn from coaches that I respected and admired.

My favorite workout is the Saturday morning sprinting classes. I hadn't done track workouts since high school, and as a former distance runner, I'd never been trained in how to sprint.

I was amazed to learn the difference about running with explosive strength and power. It takes *a lot* to get me up at 6 am on a Saturday, but

Coach David and coach Erica are amazing. You can tell hey are both passionate about fitness and their customers. My husband and I visited for the first time here and we both felt so welcomed (so did our dog!)
What I loved more was the workout. We tried the "train like an athlete" group fitness class and it was amazing. The class was an all body workout. We did cross fit movements with weights, cardio and traditional dumbbell movements as well as body weight resistance movements. The last part of the class was core related workout and it was a killer!

Coach David is the best when it comes to trainers! In fact, all the coaches at Outright Fitness are great and truly care about their clients' health & fitness and their passion is contagious. They customize a workout plan for each client's individual needs. My son needed to gain weight in a healthy way. I started training with David after Larry M. suggested it about six months ago. I didn't use to specifically do sprint training but the outdoor sprint sessions have been such great workouts and such great fun that I kept coming back.

David is very knowledgeable and provides great workouts, drills, and feedback that helps you keep improving. I think it has pushed my overall fitness to another level and the credit goes to David. Moreover, the workout groups are very welcoming and supportive that anybody will fit in regardless of fitness level.

I have always hated running. For a long time I ran to lose weight because it was the only thing I knew. 100lbs later I looked and felt better but still hated running. For a long time I MADE myself do 10k's because it was the only way I could keep my cardio up. I considered sprints running quickly on a treadmill for 20-30 seconds. At my first class at Outright Fitness David showed me what running and sprinting was really about and since then I've been hooked. I've been to as many sessions as possible for the last 6 months or so which is at least once a week.

THE SHORT OF IT:

I met with probably 4 or 5 different trainers before picking David.

He has a great mix of creativity, intelligence, wisdom and, of course fitness. I mirror what Bill and Jennifer's reviews said absolutely. What I really liked is that he kept it interesting, but not so complicated that I didn't know what to do. And he kept it difficult so that I felt like I actually worked out - but not so sore I'd begin dreading seeing his face. ;)

I've been working out with Terrance for over a year and a half now. If you are tired of the same old, same old monotony at the gym then this is for you. We never do the same workout, he always mixes it up and keeps it fun. It is intense and draning, but the results are well worth it. With a combination of fitness and healthy eating tips and diet from Terrance, I was able to drop 15lbs and have kept it off. I have changed my lifestyle and intend on maintaining this. Signed up on a Groupon. Thought I would give it a try. Just what I ordered. As a 56 year old I keep up pretty well with the young whipper snappers. It is an intense series of workouts. No two workouts the same so my muscles stay confused and that matches my brain as it is confused most of the time.
I need the discipline of working out and someone to get more out of me. After a month I am looking leaner and feeling fit. The bad news is I need some clothes that fit at the waist. Better than going the other way for sure. Give it a try. It's not easy, especially to start but if you give it a

Working out with Terrance has been great! He, like David, is truly interested in helping those of us who want to work out and get in better shape. Yes, they are in the business to make money but they provide great services [bootcamps, personal training and nutrition planning] for a very reasonable fee.

I started with their bootcamps and then hired him as my personal trainer. What separates Terrance and David from other trainers, is their ability to bring the "workouts" to you. You can workout in your home or your apartment gym if you don't have a gym membership.
