This start-up venture is coming into existence through the guidance of Tyrus Cox. Tyrus has over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer and 15 years as a martial artist.
He has been heralded as one of the top fitness professionals in the Round Rock area with a strong following of past clients from personal training and group exercise classes that have been taught by him at various gyms in the Round Rock area. Known for his "Drill Sergeant" coaching style, many members have left their gym memberships to train with Tyrus.

Be Fit Personal Training offers various personal training programs to meet your specific fitness requirements. We have partnered with Centex Combatives, with its convenient Pflugerville location, as our primary training location. Designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels of fitness, Be Fit Personal Training focuses on increasing endurance and stamina through many types of cardiovascular exercises.
Stealth Elite Tactical Solutions was created to provide real world, professional self-defense training for the Austin area. Our emphasis is on Personal and Home Defense, as we recognize that family members of all ages should possess both the skills and confidence necessary should the need ever arise.

I currently attend classes at Centex. The training you receive is the quality experience you always hear about at places but never receive. Immediately when you step in you will be greeted by Tyrus a great trainer/mentor/leader. His training is impeccable and the variety of all the arts blend so perfectly. Most definitely gonna continue my journey under his training.

Instructor is very knowledgeable and pragmatic in all that he teaches offering real world examples and answering all questions in depth. Tyrus adapts to the skill level of the students he takes and challenges each to improve in their respective weak areas. This is a great place for people of varied experience to train.
