Having your cooling system serviced before the hotter months of the year is a great idea. This service entails a thorough inspection of each and every component of your air conditioning system.

Airtronics lied about the condition of my furnace saying that it was a safety issue. I had a second option and there was absolutely nothing wrong, the gas was off and needed to be turned on. Total scam, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Hazel claims she is the office manager and has absolutely no idea how to talk to a customer, she is so busy trying to talk over you she doesn't even take the time to listen to what you have to say. She tried to tell me that I can not go another route to have my a/c fixed and I only have one option, what company, ESPECIALLY A "MANAGER" says that???!!! Who is she to tell me, the customer, what I can and can't do with my a/c unit. She refused to give me options and stated only ONE coil would work for my unit. When I asked for her to put that in writing

This company will lie about the condition of what you want repaired to get more money from you. American Home Shield had Airtronics come out when my AC wouldn’t cool.
Airtronics told me I had to replace the entire air handling unit as well as a number of other items that would not be covered by my home warranty. My out of pocket personal cost would have been between $1,100-$1,500.
I sought a second opinion from another company, and they fixed my AC within two hours and only charged me $150! The technician said that absolutely nothing needed to be replaced and seemed much more knowledgeable

You couldn't pay me to be dishonest and lie, causing others to trust the service of Airtronics Heating & Cooling!!!! The owner must live in Tibet or the South Pole and not give a rats' butt about his company. Or maybe he is so embarrassed and the truth is finally discovered that he inherited a company he knows nothing about and hired employees of the same kind.
Airtronics has been to service the SAME two year old a/c unit that I purchased from them, wait for it..... 9 times in one year. Because I stupidly paid for American Home Shield, they kept sending Airtronics out. The crazy

You call and leave a message for service. Never received a call back & it's been 2 weeks. Guess they don't care about their customers once they get your business. The out a complete furnace/AC & duct work in. Guess they don't like to support their customers !! BBB here I come !!

Scheduled appointment and given window of 10-2 that tech would arrive. At 2:30 I called to find out the status of the tech only to be told by Rena there was a "computer glitch" and the request was never actually sent to the tech and they could 'try' and have someone the next day. Beyond frustrated.

The company is SHADY, I have been forced to use them several times due to our Home Warranty selecting them as a service provider. They always schedule service several days out and when they find the issue they never have parts. Then the order the parts for several more days and finally maybe fix the issue. Be prepared for it to take typically 5-10 days to fix your issue. Also they like to add misc up charges on the bill such as $150 for locking caps ($24 on amazon) $125 for Wire Conduit ($20 at Home Depot) $75 for Pipe insulation ($12 at Home Depot) that you have no choice but to pay. Horrible company reffered to me by american homeshield who is an even worse company. Terrible customer service and they leave you burning up in the summer with no a/c because they just don’t care. They charged me $150 to come out to my house and absolutely no work was done.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. American Home Shield sent this contractor to me. They misdiagnosed the problem, asking for $800 non-covered cost for replacing a compressor. I chose the cash out option and found my own contractor. The other contractor solved the problem (the compressor is ok) within one hour and much less cost.

First is COVID-19 Virus then its Stay-At-Home order next the A/C goes out!
Thanks for American Home Shield insurance, I don't think I would have found Airtronics Inc to replace my A/C system. It was horrible to experience that my A/C went out, but Airtronics came to the rescue.
First showed up, Alex, the Technician did an exceptional job troubleshooting the problem and laid out the options of Repair/Replace. Given the age of the unit, it made total sense to replace. Alex explained the options of brands and units for my house and he strongly recommended Daikin FIT One+ for its quality, warranty

Workers are very unprofessional. Seeing how they act outside of their job is very telling of the type of people the company hires. A man who had the company's logo and number on the truck he was driving was driving said truck recklessly and nearly caused an accident with a woman and her children. When confronted on the situation, the man stated "I don't care about what's in your car". Air conditioning is a job that requires the workers to enter your home. Placed a service request to repair my upstairs AC unit which had stopped working over Labor Day weekend. They called Tuesday, at 8:45 AM said they would be here between 9:00 AM and Noon. They showed up at 9:30 AM and within 15 minutes had replaced a blown capacitor and my unit was up and running again. Great Service! I highly recommend them.

I can attest to all the awful reviews below. How this company is in business is beyond me. I am guessing it is because they are partnered with such an awful (scam) of a home warranty company in AHS.

I took the day off work to have my AC repaired after scheduling it 3 days earlier. The time window for them to come came and went with no call or anything. I called at the time the appointment window was ending and they said oh sorry, he cancelled it because of the rain, he should have called to reschedule. First of all, it barely sprinkled all day and second, no I am not taking another day off work

This place if horrible!!! Ripped me off of 650 and never fixed anything. Dumped lubricant in my yard effectively killing a patch of grass. Lied about showing up to appointment saying nobody was home when we had several other workers working at the house. Paid 650 dollars to have them ATTEMPT to replace a compressor. I say attempt because the screwed up twice. Called another company out and ill be damned if they didnt fix the issue in 5 minutes. Changed the capacitors and it ran like a top. These thieves lied about the issue to have me pay for noncoverables from AHS. The capacitors would have been

This place is trash- total scam. I have American Home Shield warranty and had an issue with an air conditioner. They sent someone out to review and said that I had a low to high voltage issue that burned out: the circuit board, contractor, transformer, low and high pressure switch- oh and in that repair they would not be able to reuse ANY of my perfectly good refrigerant so an additional $1120 for new refrigerant.

2 WEEKS pass and they are somehow unable to get this information to AHS in order to process the order- by this time I get angry and suspicious regarding the new refrigerant as I had
