TexasFitt is a family owned and operated fitness facility in the heart of Arlington. From humble beginnings starting in the garage of owner Clinton and Stephanie's home to the 30,000 square foot facility we have the privileged of offering you today. We are passionate about health and wellness and strive to provide every member with a comfortable, community experience.
We opened TexasFITT in December of 2012 on a much larger scale. In 2018, we purchased our own building that is 30,000 sq ft and offers tons of amenities and services for our ARLINGTON community.

Horrible horrible horrible gym. My girlfriend moved to the area and got a membership at texasfit. The commute from the house was easy. She has needed to get out of the contract since she will no longer be in the area. The gym will not do anything! Texasfit is still trying to make her pay even though she will not be back to use the facility. Very deceptive and incredibly frustrating.

I am always hesitant on joining gyms but decided to give Texas Fitt a try and I ABSOULUTELY am 100 percent satisfied with this gym. Not only is the staff friendly, they really do treat you like family there. Also, the membership is a good price plus it includes the many classes that they offer. I signed up a year ago because I to start working with a personal trainer and plan on staying with them another year. I highly recommend joining this gym if you want to be treated like family and pay for a membership that is not going to burn a hole in your pockets.

Staff infection. Terrible. Equipment is not wiped down or enforced. I’m not going to say where or how it happened, but my son went twice and coincidentally ended up having two staph infections. Needless to say I wanted to cancel my membership. If you care about a clean gym, this is not the best option. Look elsewhere.

Do not give them your credit card. I paid for a week(Aug 2020) to try it out found them generally friendly. So I decided to purchase a year and paid in CASH for a full year. I was told that was it, made sure it would not be renewed or I would have to do anything after that year. Fast forward a year ...I work an hour away from here and have not been there in 4 months. I suddenly get a 405 dollar charge on my card. I never put a card down for a membership. My card info was taken and typed into the system for a renewal I was never contacted about. Either their sales staff lied or they need better

Not sure why they have 1 star for no mask, if you want to wear a mask then wear one. The gym is not crowded like fitness connection, you are definitely able to social distance and even more. I enjoy this gym and people are friendly. The only thing I would change is more classes and for them to have more smaller weights, but it’s not enough for me to change my 5 star review. Hope this helps someone.

Definitely the cleanest and most maintained gym in Arlington! The staff is super helpful and makes guests and patrons feel like family. The only downside is the hours since I'm a full time student and work full time too but I manage to get in and out and have a great workout! This gym has everything you could ask for and if I could suggest one thing is that I hope they go 24/7 :)

I was visiting my family in Arlington and tagged along as a visitor for the week. Visitor pass was $10 total for 4 days. Pleasantly surprised with the expense due to the fact my usual gym is $15 a day. The facility was clean, machines available, and friendly staff. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and there are things I look at at each facility. Yes this facility is a little out dated, but it serves its purpose and I left feeling I had a great workout. I will be using my guest pass for the rest of the week and enjoying a laid back environment.

This used to be the Maverick Athletic Club. I loved the Maverick!! I drove almost a half hour each way from Mansfield just to work out there. The Maverick was the only gym I ever really felt comfortable in. It had an older clientele (except for the racquetball players) and made you feel comfortable not having all the young hardbodies and people trying to use a gym as a pickup location as is common at so many other places.

When my son got to 15 months old I knew I needed to start back at the gym but I was so nervous to step foot in any gym. That feeling totally went away when I came into this gym. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean and nicely organized. They have so much to offer as well. My son goes to the kids club while I work out and he enjoys it. I also feel 100% comfortable leaving him there as the employees are so nice. Texas FITT is the best!

My fiancé and I were drawn to this place because of their location and after reading all the amenities on their website we were really excited to take a tour... So we showed up and after about a minute or two of the three people behind the counter staring at us the my fiancé asked if we could look around which finally prompted the girl there to offer us a "tour". This place kinda looks like it's still under construction which would be understandable if they were adding any of the amenities that they boast on their website. We LOVE this gym!! My husband and I are visiting family in Arlington for our 3 week Christmas break. He is in the military & has to keep up his fitness level and I'm training for a fitness competition back home & can't slack off over the holidays. This is a Christian family-owned gym & the owners are wonderful! They cut us an awesome deal for our short visit and they have everything we need to get our workout done. Super clean facility with many options. They not only have the commercial exercise machines & free weights but they have crossfit, too! That is a HUGE plus

This gym is flat out dirty! I got ringworm from here! The owner sits on her b*tt and talks on the phone the whole time. Canceling your membership is more difficult than any other automatic billing I've ever had.. They said they canceled it three times (for three months) before it ever got off my credit card.
