At Elite Fitness Headquarters, we are dedicated to creating more than just a gym culture. Through our highly individualistic approach to training and fitness, we evaluate, implement, and design a training experience that fits our athlete's goals and needs. Back in 2013, Mo Revels attended Mitch Griffin's Memorial Day MURPH WOD.
The two got to talking about the fitness industry, especially the science behind training athletes. From there, three years and two expansions later, Griffin and Revels created Elite Fitness, a facility where any athlete can earn their wings. Currently, Elite Fitness has 150 active members who participate in a variety of classes that range anywhere from sports specific to endurance to strength training.

Our coaches are dedicated to promoting skills, strength, and endurance to develop confident athletes in the sport of everyday life. Maurice Revels, also known as Mo, has been a personal trainer since he graduated from Texas Tech in 2006 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science. He graduated from Colleyville Heritage High school and received a football scholarship to the Air Force Academy in 2001.
At Elite Fitness Headquarters we are committed to the development of athletes. We strive to help every weekend warrior, soccer mom, college student and beyond with the goal of creating positive change in their lives both mentally and physically. At Elite Fitness Headquarters, we believe that this is how we should live our lives.
In this episode, the guys sit down with coach Mo's middle school Choir director Mrs. Julie Ann Allen. They discuss her new book "The Battle Worth Fighting: Raising Faith Guided Children in a Single Parent Home." Mrs. Allen was tragically widowed with a 7 year old daughter and 5 month old new born. She walks us through the lessons she has learned raising her kids and how her faith has helped her through her journey.
To say Elite Fitness has changed my life is an understatement. Their programming is challenging but rewarding. The weights are heavy but not defeating. The classmates are competitive but motivating. The coaches push you to do your best and they practice what they preach. I've lost weight, gained muscle, new friends and confidence at this gym.

Buyer beware! Don't take your children here. Mo, the owner, plays extremely vulgar and degrading music despite the fact the he offers training sessions to kids of all ages. He is unwilling to change the music for the couple of hours that these impressionable kids are in his establishment. He has lost several customers as a result of this issue, but he proudly maintains his position that he is teaching these kids what it's like to be in the real world. You've been warned.

I'm one month in and already addicted to Elite! I was most impressed with the encouragement and support from the trainers and those attending the class. I visited a few Crossfit gyms in the area but no one compared to the trainers at Elite and the attention they provide each person. They are also helping me with my nutrition. Last but not least, a special thanks to Jessica for getting me started. I just love they have an expert female trainer!

It didn't take long to become a HUGE fan of Elite! I came to try it out a couple months ago and got hooked. I couldn't stop talking about it to anyone who would listen. My sweet boyfriend had to, and still has to, listen to me talk (brag) about every workout in detail when I get home from EFHQ. I am, and forever will be, a runner however, my weenie weight/cardio routine wasn't cuttin it anymore and I needed an extra push. Elite has delivered that push (physical + mental strength, mobility, injury prevention to name a few) and then some (the comradirie is awesome!) Shout out to the

So glad I decided to join this gym. I haven't felt this great or worked this hard since highschool. They really push you to do beyond what you think would be possible for your body. Their first concern is your technique so that what your doing is most effective and injury free. Don't hesitate to check out Elite fitness, you'll be hooked after a week!
