My name is Luke Kelly. I'm an owner and physical trainer at GRIT Fitness, and a martial arts coach at the Warrior Combat Academy. My mission as a trainer is to help people increase the quality of their experience in their bodies in every way, throughout every moment of life.
This includes not just performance and aesthetic goals, but also day to day function, pain management, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and how these elements relate to each other.My journey in strength training started when I was 13; my dad, an experienced weight lifter and martial artist in his own right, purchased a set of kettlebells and worked with my brothers and me consistently, helping us learn how to strengthen our bodies.
