Dealt with them through LegalShield. I contacted them three separate occasions. And all three times they were useless. The attorneys were temperamental and don't like being asked extra questions. Ummm that's what I'm paying for? This cause me to cancel.

Clowns that sent me a cease and desist letter, demanding I delete Facebook posts I made criticizing a comic book convention. I didn't delete anything and they never sued me. What a bunch of lying bullies.

Let's face it, when you need an attorney, it's usually not for the greatest reasons.

Gene has been helping me manage my affairs for a few years now. He did my trust, POAs, and a prenuptial agreement. Most recently, I needed an update to my trust. He is very patient and thorough when explaining things, and helped me work through some of the more complicated aspects of managing my affairs. He also called me out when I was being too generous in my prenuptial agreement, which I appreciated.

Had an initial phone conact with their office and they were very helpful. They offer a prepaid legal service that I was interested in and they explained it well and were very courteous to me on the phone. I would recommend talking to them if you need a prepaid legal plan.
