A wrongful death claim is when a party files suit against a person who is liable for the death of another. Usually the party filing suit is a relative of the deceased. Wrongful death claims can be a result of manslaughter or negligent homicide, such as when a drunk driver causes the death of another driver.
Even the most cautious of drivers can be involved in an automobile accident. If you are in a car accident, prompt investigation and information gathering are essential.

Having an investigator visit the scene to locate witnesses, take statements, get photographic and video preservations of vehicle damage (roadway damage if applicable), injuries, and preserve other evidence that may be related to the automobile accident, can make all the difference in the outcome of a case.Though they are important and often lay the foundation of liability, police reports are not always accurate.
Even the safest, most experienced motorcycle riders can find themselves involved in a motorcycle accident. No matter what type of motorcycle accident may occur, it can affect your life forever. Missing work due to injuries or suffering the long-term consequences of a more serious crash, means you need a motorcycle accident lawyer who has proven experience handling motorcycle cases in Michigan.
Michigan can make it difficult to file a bus accident claim. Having legal counsel experienced in bus accidents in Michigan is imperative to a successful outcome. In Michigan, the law regarding bus accidents requires that the victim serve a notice with specific information on the public transportation authority that operated the bus in question within 60 days to be eligible to file suit at a later time.
Michigan residents are used to sharing the road with trucks. But truck accidents can happen, and when they do the results can be devastating. If you or someone you know has been injured in a truck accident in Michigan, contact Hohauser Kuchon. Trucking companies often have the benefit of highly-trained investigators, defense attorneys and insurance adjusters, which makes having expert legal representation imperative to the outcome of your case.

Michael Hohauser represented me years ago when I was hit by a drunk driver. His Firm handled both my First Party and Third Party cases very successfully. I received professional, attentive, responsive and valuable care from Michael and his staff. I have also referred friends and family to him including dog bite, slip and fall and auto neg cases and EVERY ONE has been impressed and satisfied. I highly recommend Michael and the Firm.

My experience with Michael hohauser has been awful. When I called him about my injuries in an accident he assured me that he was going to take care of me. he assigned me Elizabeth Who seem to se seem to be a very nice one woman. She counseled me as to the second party insurance which we won. But soon thereafter she was let go of her job and Michael sent me a letter saying they were no longer going to represent me and was very cruel on the phone with me. Elizabeth's advice because Michigan is a no-fault state was to not pay the balances that the State Farm did not pay try to get them to pay if not
