Stonebrooke Village does an excellent job maintaining properties and the grounds. They have a very nice swimming pool and workout facility. Danielle is the property manager and she does an outstanding job answering questions and helping with anything you need. I highly recommend the complex. Very well maintained and the maintenance crew is awesome.

I will begin by saying that nearly all reviews 3 years ago involving 5 stars were a part of a complex-wide contest to win a free month of rent. (I have the flier placed on our door to prove this)
We lived in Stonebrooke for 3 years, and after 10 years of living in an apartment this was by far the most expensive and worst apartment experience we have ever dealt with.
We lived on the first floor, and had neighbors above us. In the 3 years of living there, we had 4 different neighbors if that tells you anything. The walls are paper thin, and I am not exaggerating when I say you can hear the neighbors

We’ve lived here a little over a month. First of all, Danielle is the most thorough leasing agent we’ve ever dealt with. She tried so hard to get us into the property with the exact unit we wanted and she was able to make it happen! Now about the property....This place is absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, the neighbors have all been very friendly. The office staff are always kind and courteous and quick to respond. Maintenance is very prompt and friendly. We are in the winter season now and snow removal has been almost immediate. Overall a fantastic experience so

I have mixed reviews. We were told prior to moving in we would have a new upgraded washer and dryer. When we moved in, there were giant yellow stains on the original units. We asked for them to be replaced and they refused to exchange them, attempt to remove/cover the stains or even provide a discount towards the rent for the inconvenience. It’s one thing if you live in a $500 apartment to expect subpar appliances, but we pay $1600+ for a “luxury apartment.” I didn’t even care if it wasn’t an upgraded model, I just don’t want big yellow stains on my appliances!! Seriously, we could not ask for a better apartment to live in. We had looked for months trying to find the security, comfort, lifestyle, and amenities we needed within our price range. We found Stonebrooke and thought it was too good to be true...attached 2 car garage, pool, fitness center, in-house laundry room, spacious, quiet, secluded...and all under our price range. Upon touring the place, we immediately fell in love and realized how absolutely amazing management here is. We work with Danielle, who is hyper attentive and so personal! We moved here in November and have never ever had an issue

We moved to Medina from NC almost 8 years ago and knew we wanted to rent...at least at first. Looked at a lot of apartments, and these were the only ones with the ATTACHED 2.5 car garage, open kitchen, and nice homey entrance. Room for my husband to plant a nice sized garden, as you can see from the picture of the front of our apartment. Convenient to I-71. Accommodating staff...both office and maintenance. Almost 8 years later, and still here!!!

There's a reason why I have been a resident of Stonebrooke Village for 14 years. The apartments are spacious, in-suite washer and dryer, pet friendly, beautiful grounds, convenient location, and the best amenity is the 2 1/2 car garage attached to your suite! There is no other apartment community that can compare in a competitive market. The Maintenance team is A+ when needed, quick to respond no matter how big or small an issue is. The entire staff is very professional and personable. I look forward to many more years at Stonebrooke, it's definitely home to me.
