We moved to Waterford for the short term after selling our house. What a pleasant surprise all around! DeAnn made it a good experience from the start. Her knowledge, willingness to work with us and sincere, warm personality made the transition easy. Cooper and Matt not only hooked up our washer and dryer, but went above and beyond in friendliness and service! Always smiling and with a kind word, they both were always visible around the property- taking care of any problems quickly and efficiently! They even provided us with a small bucket of salt last winter (without us asking) because our sidewalk

I have lived here for a little over 8 years and absolutely love it! The entire staff is so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I highly recommend living here. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Waterford Village Apts. The patios/landscaping are gorgeous this year, everyone did a great job personalizing their home during the misery of Covid-19. They celebrate the residents throughout the year with food trucks, pumpkins for fall, goodie bags for the 4th of July, free flats of flowers and more! I don't have the most common name and it's so nice that they remember

Our family has lived at Waterford for about a year now and have absolutely loved every minute of it! The staff really goes above and beyond to make each and every resident happy. They’re always keeping holidays fun and exciting for the kids by hosting parties with Santa visits and having light up contests for Xmas as well as pumpkin carving contests for Halloween. Any time we have had an issue, the staff has been quick to fix and the maintenance crew is just wonderful as well. Super friendly folks that always take the time to stop and say hello or wave at the kids as they pass by. We couldn’t

Its been a pleasure living in Waterford apartments for the past few years. The maintenance staff is friendly and takes care of the request within the same day. They are very accommodating and helpful. The office members do a great job as well. The apartments are well maintained and the resident appreciation days are fun. Thank you to the Waterford Village apartment team for all your great work!!!

My wife and I have lived at Waterford Village for just shy of three years. They are very friendly people, from the owner to the maintenance personnel. Anything thing we need help with Waterford Village staff was right there to assist. They upkeep their property, and do a great job at it. They are understanding people, and many of the people that work there do or have lived there and can relate. I have heard my neighbors maybe a handful of times in the three years I lived there, and that's because it was a party or something (this should be expected if you live in an apartment). Everyone is friendly

I love the Waterford Village Apartments!!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are huge and very nice! It's basically like you are living in a house. You have your own front door, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are lots of amenities and maintenance will do everything for you. My neighbors are quiet and I rarely hear anything, even dogs.
When searching for apartments, I looked at everything in the area and nothing even came close to Waterford Village.

My family and I rented at Waterford Townhomes from November 2010 through September 2012. I don't understand why people are complaining about this complex? I have rented many places over the last 10 years and this was by far the best. The ladies in the office were always friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed and I was never treated like a renter . Also the maintenance staff was quick to respond and very friendly. We needed our hot water heater replaced and it was done in one day. I also had to call the emergency
