Not a single star but it wouldn't let me post without one... One of worst management companies in north county. As soon as you need support/service they tell you to get an attorney. No support when you call, no support when you use their online system. "pay the rent and get an attorney" is exactly what Johnathan told me on a phone call to inquire about damage from a leaking roof... Pictures are water damage from roof that was reported 4 times over the past year. 1/29/22 update, slightly improved service but still lacking in facility support/maintenance but appear to be trying.

This company runs and operates based on one thing, their bottom line. I have had the most awful experience working with them. I have several commercial offices and I have never dealt with the unprofessionalism experienced within this company. Jonathan Preacher and Jeff Abramson specifically specialize in threatening and bullying tactics to get their money, regardless of circumstance. Here are a couple of gems from recent emails from them for context. I would never recommend anyone enter any lease with this company. It is a company with no heart.

Just got off the phone with Jonathan Preacher asking him about a property for rent...I asked him how much it rented for and he replied "I don't know..." I said "well that is kind of important to know, can you find out for me...." he hung up on me and I called him back and he said "don't get f*#cking smart with me, or I won't rent it out to you, I have a million properties I deal with and so I don't know...do you want to rent it out or not?" I told him I didn't want to rent it out with the attitude he just pulled over the telephone and hung

Where do I even begin. I've dealt with a ton of property management companies and real estate agents in my life, and I can honestly say that Jonathon Peacher and his team go so far above and beyond anything I've ever seen before, that I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. I am happy to be a reference for this stellar company, and have finally found a property management company that puts the clients first.

Worked with numerous property management companies over the years and this one is top notch with detail to personalized services. I've never had an issue with them while they were dealing with my tenants or vendors. If you are looking for a group that actually care about the positive results, this is the group.
As for the negative reviews below, if they had paid their rent on time and upheld their obligations, they probably wouldn't have had issues. It doesn't take much to see who these individuals actually are. Just look at little deeper into their profile.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. THANKFULLY I don't have to deal with them as a client...UNFORTUNATELY I do have to deal with them on behalf of my clients. They seem to have abolutely NO CLUE what they're doing, they are disorganized and don't do anything that a property manager should in regards to what I have to work with them on. I can't even imgaine being one of their clients. Avoid them at all costs!
