I was supposed to have the Turquoise Sage Mountain Arnica super duper Desert Nature Body Treatment, but I was delayed when flying into Phoenix and late to arrive in Sedona, so we turned it into a regular massage, which was very healing and relaxing.
I had a lymphatic massage the next day, which was soothing.
I also came back a 3rd time for a mani!
I enjoyed getting to the spa early, in order to enjoy the grounds, in the quiet room reading a magazine and drinking hot tea, shop the selection of lotions and candles, and feel relaxed in the wonderful atmosphere.
This spa was definitely a highlight

I give this place a 3.5 or 7 out of 10 stars.
My husband and I got the turquoise sage mountain arnica 120 minute body treatment. We got the couples room for the treatment. I requested when booking that we both prefer a firm Swedish.
Therapists were super friendly upon arrival. The vibe and energy of the spa was tranquil and relaxing.
We did not have the opportunity to use any of the amenities unfortunately but the hot tub looked very inviting and had a nice outdoor area with lots of green foliage.
I really enjoyed my massage and was asleep right away and the entire time.

This spa is a heaven on Earth. Everywhere you look you'll see beauty and every single detail is perfection. From the warmth of the staff to the lush outdoor space you'll find nourishment in every aspect of this little gem! The massage therapists are the truest of healers (which makes sense given the overall energy). I told Sisi I had lower back tension and she worked the psoas muscle through the abdomen, which I had never experienced before. It was only 30 minutes. But it was the best 30 minute head neck and shoulders massage I have ever experienced. I came in stiff and stressed and left out feeling like a changed woman. Amanda has magical hands that knew exactly what places needed attention. It felt very spiritual. My mom said I looked like I was glowing. Not sure I'll be back in Sedona, but if I do, I know where I'm going back.

A perfect local boutique spa with great services, staff, and relaxing energy. Also, very clean. There is a cute outdoor area where you can soak in the hot tub, rinse off an in outdoor shower or layout on a chaise before or after your service. We appreciated the complimentary mimosas! My husband and I had a great couples massage at New Day Spa!

Writing this review to thank the owners Jill and Pete for a beautiful experience as a previous skin care specialist at their spa. Out of all of the spas I have worked at, they run the cleanest, most professional, and kindhearted by far.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating at Sedona's New Day Spa. I loved the space and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had a hot tub and offered free refreshments. They also had lovely showers equipped with body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner to use. My esthetician was Julia who was incredibly sweet and made me at ease, oh and to top it off she made my skin glow! My massage therapist was Nicole who was incredibly gifted- my body feels so much better! Thank you ladies.

It's been quite awhile since I had a massage, so I figured why not get one while in Sedona. I really should've booked in advance and didn't. Fortunately, they had one available slot for a 60 minute massage, I chose deep tissue. I arrived about 45 minutes early and quickly changed into a robe. The changing room appeared clean, so I was glad. I chose to sit in the outdoor garden and sip complimentary mimosas. The sound of the water from the fountain was nice. I believe Mara did my massage. Staying at the Marriott down the street, where they recommended we visit New Day Spa for tandem massages for my wife and I. Small, cozy, intimate surroundings. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas, with above ground jacuzzi spa that could seat 4-6 comfortably. Indoor/outdoor showers available as well. Massage therapists were top notch (ask for Mary :) and welcomed us with open arms. Soothing background music throughout. My wife and I felt like honored guests for the afternoon. Came here during vacation for massage with my husband. They were not able to accommodate couples massage in same room- not sure if that was by design or just due to scheduling but they do I have a co ed area to hang out before an after your treatment.
Both of our massages were great. Not the best ever but definitely above average. The space is small - locker room is shared and has one bathroom for all but they have made it very cozy and welcoming. This is a really cute spa. I'm not sure why the previous negative reviews, we had a wonderful time at the New Day Spa. All three of us had wonderful massages and the staff were wonderful. Everyone is wearing masks and the covid precautions were communicated well in a very friendly way. The outdoor relaxation area is wonderful and we were served mimosas following our treatments. The accommodations are small but do feel luxurious and relaxing. I highly recommend anyone wanting a relaxing, clean, and special spa experience to visit here while in Sedona.

I had the turquoise sage treatment done by Sisi, who was *incredible*. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable. I appreciated her approachability and warmth and my muscles feel so relaxed now!
Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but, the two greeters at the door were so genuine and welcoming and I felt very comforted the moment I stepped through the doors. They went above and beyond to show me around and make me feel like I was welcome to settle in and stay as long as I wanted.

For several consecutive years I received weekly massages, whether I was home or traveling I made it a point to never miss one. However, none of them compared to the massage I received this week from Mary. I was impressed with Mary's extensive knowledge about the body, her unique practice and use of massage techniques that I have never experienced that were both deep and effective. I left my massage feeling renewed with a much needed physical and energy boost.

I had a good feeling about this place while doing a preliminary search and wow, am I glad I made the decision to get a massage here.
Check in was easy and they have a private locker room with shower you can use before and after the massage.
As an active athlete and weightlifter, I take my deep tissue massages and bodywork seriously. Recovery is a major part of being active and the therapist who worked on me really knew what she was doing and was able to read my body really well. It was so good, I snoozed a time or two!

After a long couple of days hiking, this is what a person needs. Excellent staff, sweet as can be. The day spa is two small buildings with two separate areas. I do have to say that's genius. You won't have voices from the main lobby disturbing your massage session. I was shown around before directing me to this luxury locker room. You have a couple of doors separating the shower, toilet and main changing area. They do have sandals to wear around the spa. Very clean and nicely decorated.
I came early to use the hot tub, I was alone so it was very peaceful. They do have an out door shower

Fantastic experience! Part of a relaxing week in Sedona. This was definitely a highlight! I was offered tea while waiting for my structure and balancing body work, and waited on the beautiful outside patio. The changing was really nice with lockers for your clothes and purse, soft fluffy robes, and flip flops. Roberta was fantastic!!! I've felt so much better all week, she showed me stretches to do at home, and pinpointed the source of the problems I've been having. I was given a gift of a chapstick in a little bag when I left. I felt very comfortable and at home here!
