So far the experience with this company has not been a professional one. Nathan Gordon a recruiter reached out with several days and times that we could connect. He chose a day and time that work for him. After rearranging my day and waiting he never took the time to respond to me during the time he specified. I take pride in honoring all commitments I make and I have no interest in working with a company that cannot honor theirs.

I started with Temps Plus 9 months ago and I was just hired by a great builder! Don't always listen to the negative reviews. I read the negative reviews on this company before I applied and thought to myself...those people aren't me, and I'm not them. Being a temp means to take every assignment you can to get your foot in the door, learn as much as possible, practice the skills learned and apply yourself. You WILL be noticed if you add value and not just sit around doing nothing. I was not experienced in new home sales or the construction process so this opportunity helped me develop the skills

I worked for this company as a sign spinner on the weekends from 11am to 4pm. My supervisor was Mitch and he was a really cool and chill guy. My boss was Rita and she would just text me that there's work this weekend and you simply text back to confirm you're available. I worked this job for 2 months in the Summer so there was work every single weekend. If the company sees that you're consistent and not missing a day or calling off then if things ever slow down and there's not much work you're most likely going to always have work because they know they can rely on you

The staff is excellent. Yes the pay is less than desirable, but if you take their advice during orientation, watch the training videos, and try to keep an open schedule, you will get hired. They allow you to get your foot in the door, you need to do the rest. Be professional , open to learn, and keep a great attitude. I was hired after 3 months, and have their training and scheduling team to thank. This is a stepping stone, and you must see it in that way. I was not hired by a builder I worked for, but was found from a recruiter on social media. Thanks to Temps Plus, I knew how to win my interview

Awesome agency and very organized/flexible with the schedule. Breaking into New Home Sales with Temps Plus's was extremely easy for me. I temped for about 2 months and was hired on with a local builder. I received multiple offers from 2 other builders and have to give great thanks to Kevin @ our Florida location. Kevin is amazingly knowledgeable, being in the business for more than 20 years as well as being a top new home sales agent. He helps you map out your goals and gives you honest/real life useful advice and tips. Thanks Kevin!!

Trying to start a career in New Home sales is very difficult. It's a small segment of the industry and they look for experienced individuals specifically. Tempsplus is a way to gain that experience and get paid while you do so. The pay isn't much, but what you gain is insight into an industry and an opportunity to increase your network of contacts. As far as the company is concerned, Carol Shaw, the scheduling staff, and of course the Payroll dept. :) are first rate!! They got me an assignment a few days after I signed up and do their best to get you consistent work. If you are lucky

I am a retired RE Broker. I worked in resale for 30 years, retiring in 2006. After my husband passed away I decided I needed to connect with people and found Temps Plus was the answer. Part time and no evenings unless you volunteer for a special event. The money is not great but the working conditions are! I still love seeing people happy & excited when they buy their new home even though I'm only the office Temp Plus helper. I requested to stay close to where I live and was placed in a new home development 10 minutes from home. At age 74, this has been the perfect job for me.

Very excellent Agency. I highly recommend them if you are starting back up into New Homes Sales or new to the Industry. I took 8 years off to be a housewife , raising my kids. Finally started back into this field last month. The Staff at TempsPlus are so amazing. Always finding me assignments everyday. I can accept it or refuse it depending how far the drive it. They are so understanding and a very Organized Company.

Carol is awesome and the staff very friendly. But they expect educated, RE licensed individuals to work for $12 an hour, really? (Other new home construction sales temp agencies pay the same, don't understand why). I have a college degree as well and I was getting paid less than my high school-aged babysitter. Had to quit because the pay was a joke, although I enjoyed the work. :(
