We provide full-service property management to owners of residential and commercial real estate in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. In addition to property management services, we are also active in real estate sales.

We are so lucky that we found Landmark Property Management. They are absolutely amazing at everything they do.
We own a property in Corona but we live out of state so we needed a good management company that we could depend on to do their job when we were not around. These people are completely and totally reliable. They Fix problems quickly and constantly keep us in the loop about anything happening with our property. They even have a service open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure any emergencies are immediately dealt with.
I can't tell you the peace of mind that gives us.

Can’t say enough positive things to describe my experience with Landmark. I’m a seasoned landlord, and I’ve been let down too many times by management companies who barely care, if at all. With Landmark, I can get things done any day of the week, efficiently and effectively. They’ve proven many times that they care because they’re always open for business, ready to help. I would never recommend a 9-to-5er for property management.

At the place I live at, it says Landmark and appears a phone number if you need to rent a unit so I guess is the same company. The reason I don't like this is because if we have emergencies, no one available only between 9am and 5pm Monday Through Fr. But emergencies don't have schedule. And we never know who to contact when the manager is not available.

I own a multi family property in Corona, CA currently under Landmark management. All I can say is they are doing a great job. Their incomparable service 7 days a week 9am-9pm is the best evidence of their commitment to their responsibilities. The other feature of their service is to give owners the freedom of using their own vendors or the company vendors. Also their price is very competitive. I called about an apartment here in Sherman Oaks, CA and have dealt unfortunately with these 2 ladies (Jen and Melinda). I called Jen confirmed she had an apartment available in the building. I let her know we have a Section 8 voucher and proceed to give me a phone number to a person name Melinda and tell me she refers all the Section 8 calls to her. I have been a tenant of Landmark's for going on two years. Compared to other management companies I've dealt with, I have found Landmark to be honest, professional, polite and responsive. And with them being in their office 7 days a week, that sure does help.

The AC in the house went out over the weekend. The owner of Landmark Property Management (Skip) helped to get an AC technician out to our residence within 24 hours of first calling. It is not very often that an owner of a company takes the time to ensure his clients are being taken care of. While most management companies are off on the weekend, that is not the case with Landmark. Excellent customer service. Thanks Skip, I highly recommend Landmark Property Management!!!

Landmark Property Management has been managing our rental since November, and the experience has been excellent from the moment I interviewed them. I initially met with Michele who answered my laundry list of questions. Once my husband and I engaged them, they found a very qualified tenant within a month. I just wish the staff at Landmark property management was more helpful, better service have more communication and be kind. The properties they manage have landlords that don't seem to be responsible from what I've read on the reviews. Overall the process is easy when renting out but just wish this management cared more about their job.

I was a tenant with Landmark Property Management for 3 years and 2 houses. Skip and his team were great and very attentive to the needs of the house. Even when the first home went up for sale they made sure to get me into another nice home with no major disruptions. I highly recommend doing business with Landmark.

Update: Landmark took the time to reach out to me and ensure all these issues were addresed. It was a shame they occurred in the first place but Skip was determined to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the effort they put into taking care of this.
They were not bad while I was renting, many requests went ignored but most major ones were addressed. My real issues came when I moved out and they kept a large portion of my deposit for illegitimate reason that were easily verifiable. I was billed for several trees when they could check the video that was taken before

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Yoshiko (the representative my family encountered) is extremely rude, unprofessional, prejudice, conceited, bad at answering questions (communication), unreliable, etc. There are many other places that serve better business and have way higher customer service standards. Also, many of the pieces of property that were for rent under this management were dirty, unclean, etc. Not giving these people my business. 1 star.

I had used Landmark Property management's service for a year and half. I am really happy the way I was served. I would like to name two employees Pam and Skip who helped over and beyond their capacity when I was in need of help. Skip had taken the pain of giving a tour of the house around 9:00 PM after his office hours and made the application process easy. They have arranged a carpet cleaning service after we moved in since we were not happy with the condition of the carpet. Overall, it was a great service from Landmark's team!

They work with landlords who are dishonest, will steal from you, and definitely don't care about actually acting like they care their properties. The person who owned our property seemed to be out of the country literally any time we needed anything and always declined to repair anything. So avoid them if you can since their hands are tied by the terrible landlords they "manage".

We submitted our application to Yoshiko and although she is very nice we are unhappy with the way she works. It may be company policy to review applications as first come first serve but it should also be a policy to reach out to applicants if owner declines application. We had to reach out to her to find out that owner decided to move on to other applications. We could have applied to other homes instead of waiting for over a week. She also was unable to give us a reason why application was denied. It may be a good company if you have months to find a new home, but if you don't have a lot

I have been on both ends of this business. I have managed for a different property management company which truly showed me how I never want to see a tenant treated and I have been a tenant myself and currently am a tenant under Landmark! Landmark is amazing open 7 days a week till 9 p.m! If that sounds crazy it is perfect reality for their tenants and their owners because not everyone in the inland empire sits at home from 9-5 which is what most of all management companies operate under those hours or less. The rental process was very easy and straightforward. The office was always very accommodating when there were any issues involving the house. We rented from them for a year and unfortunately had to move because the owner wanted to sell the house. There were many issues with the owner at the time of move out but Skip was able to navigate us through everything and get everything resolved quickly. He communicated with us daily, was always available and if he wasn't he always called us back promptly. We couldn't have asked for more. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent from them
