Our experience with Griffin Residential corona has been great from start to finish. Valerie Taylor was on top of everything, she even groomed us on sell of our previous home and kept on checks and reminders from step to step. Valerie and Mitra were available to answer our messages and phone calls.

I bought a Griffin home @ Harmony Grove in Temescal Valley CA. 2 years ago. Excellent customer service and expedite schedule for any adjustments that needed to done. Their homes are well built as this is my 4th and last home I researched about builder before buying. I recommend without hesitations and give the 5 stars. I hardly ever given.

We bought our house in Griffin corona our sales person ( Valerie Taylor) very nice lady very honest with us with all the info from day one she helped us a lot whenever we had any Question or concern she answered....They introduced us later during the walk though to ( Kristine Hendrickson)she is my superhero savior whenever we had any problem or anything I need to ask her for she answer the phone or come herself to check it out... all you need is to submit you Service request and They respond quickly,We are blessed to buy the house in the right time with this price!!!

We bought our home from Griffin in Corona last year. Mitra, the sales agent was a delight to work with. She always answered our calls and made herself available after hours to show us the home as it was being built. She made sure she gave us whatever documents we needed and was able to schedule us with the home design center and the designer when we needed them. Kristine helped us at the final walkthrough and we are still in touch with her now. She is very knowledgeable as to the various electrical, plumbing and other contracting areas of the home. I am glad she is in our side. Thank you ladies

Buying a house with Bella Vista/ Griffin Residential was a BIG mistake! We have had nothing but problems with them without resolve.
1. Model home beautiful but you are looking at LEAST $500,000 worth of upgrades to get at that level.
2. They will cut corners and give you the cheapest quality possible (our drawers and cabinets are already falling apart) unless you do the upgrades (which they pressure you on). You pay twice to three times as much. Oh and you pay property taxes on the upgrades (which they dont tell you about). So basically you are paying taxes on all the upgrades each year.

I love our home floor plan. But I can't say that I would recommend this builder at this point. We were first to reserve and give deposit when the homes became available yet we had already missed options cut off dates and pushed to make decisions on others without having the options available. What we told was included changed throughout the build..landscape, countertops, baseboards, etc. Communication between the builder and subcontractors is the most frustrating I've experienced- during build and post build. The is no quality inspection during or after build so we have been dealing with subs repair

Griffin Residential is a great company. Their homes are second to none. There customer service is amazing. I don’t understand how anyone is complaining about anything this company does. I fmhad a great experience buying a home thru them and they never missed a thing. My new home is beautiful and beyond what I imagined. I would recommend them above all the other big home builders any day.

Beware! We bought a Griffin house in Riverside recently. Unfortunately I read the reviews after the house was bought. Now although I don't have any experience with Griffin and their flips, I do now have experience with the new communities they are building. They are a joke from start to finish. The house was 2 months behind schedule and nothing was mentioned until we brought it up because the lady in the office "thought we knew."
