They set up a consultation for me a week in advance and never called me to tell me they were canceling or rescheduling. I understand with everything going that there may be a need to possibly cancel or reschedule, but they did not contact me at all to let me know. I tried calling their main line repeatedly through the the day of my consultation and no one answered. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.
