Very accommodating and professional. I failed my inspection and they accorded me a retest without performing the work needed. I took it to my family to fix it and they were ok with that. I hear other shops require that they perform the work needed. The service manager personally filled my tire with air as it was going flat. Very impressed with this shop and will definitely recommend it and return.

I have been going to Liberty Gas / Metro Motor on north Washington Street for 18+ years and they are by far the most honest reasonably priced gas station & repair shop in Alexandria and probably the DC area. I've always thought of them as a well kept secret, but now it seems that everyone is catching on to their good work. They have always helped me out in a pinch and they have never tried to feed me a laundry list of fake repair items that dealerships and other shops with try to do when going in for just one minor thing.

I needed my wheel liner replaced and came with all required parts - just needed someone to do the labor. The service rep allowed me to name my own price - which was beyond reasonable for a 20 minute job and had my car in & out very fast. Overall: Quick, cost effective, friendly. Would recommend.
