I called inquiring on a price for servicing my car, the man who answered the phone hung up immediately after hearing my question, I proceeded to call back because I thought this was accidental. After calling 2 more times I was able to get through to the same man and after asking him the question again he rudely stated that he would not tell me that over the phone and dismissed me as if my business did not matter. He was very unprofessional and rude.

Prices were outrageous, and I couldn't tell if I was being rick rolled or not. The owner is very authoritative, and not in a good way, but then becomes nice and hospitable. I will likely never come here again since I only came because I thought they could give me my car faster than another dealership. I was faulted for being 10 to 15 minutes late...where's the grace? This place is okay, but they think they're better than they really are. They will lose no business from this review and I don't want them to. But I'll be keeping my services elsewhere. They did the job though and I'm grateful.

I scheduled my appointment to get MD inspection as I was told and when I showed up Norris told me I need to write down my information because they did not took it before. Norris a very rude person to deal with. The bad comments on their reviews are totally accurate.

I visited this shop for the first time today. 2 Tire pressure lights were on. Took it to Mr Norris and his guys checked my tires and added air. They explained what they were going to do to check the tires. Very friendly, professional and nice. Once they finished my tires, It was POURingggg raining, Mr Norris was nice enough to hold an umbrella over me and walk me to my car, TWICE. I told them they have gained a new customer. I will be returning to them for my car needs.

I was recommended to Norris Garage last year 2019 when I need service on a 2011 BMW, and was not disappointed. Mr. Norris explained everything to me and confirming that he could service my vehicle, and told me how I should maintain the vehicle for excellent results. I was customer here for at least 10 years and I spent well over ten thousand dollars with this shop over the course of several years and several vehicles. I stopped going here 6 or 7 years ago, for reasons I'll get into, but recently had a mishap on the road right in front of their shop so I limped my vehicle in for repair.... and I was immediately reminded of why I stopped going there. I haven't used this garage yet but I am already impressed with the level of professionalism and honesty. My truck was at the dealership when I called Joe. I explained the issues I had and the Quote I received. He told me the quote was reasonable and he believed the issue I had and what Nissan told me was accurate. His quote was able to beat nissans and it came with a better warrantee. I will use this garage in the future prior to taking it to the dealership.

Excellent service and professional staff. I brought my car in for a transmission fluid change, alignment, and check of my minivan sliding doors. My van runs smooth, the car no longer pulls, and the sliding doors move like new. The mechanic explained everything very clearly to me and serviced my vehicle to my satisfaction.
