Our goal is to keep you and your pet happy for years to come. In 1953, Dr. C.J. McCormick founded the Monett Veterinary Hospital and it has been serving the Monett area for the more than 50 years since. In 1983 the hospital gained AAHA accreditation and has exceeded the ideals that AAHA was founded on ever since.

Services
We provide a complete preventive care program for your pet to keep them healthy. This starts with a head-to-tail examination by the doctor and a consultation with you about what your pets specific needs and risks are with regards to existing conditions, exposures, environment, and your concerns. We will then recommend appropriate diagnostic tests, immunizations, dental care, diets, etc. to keep your pet in optimal health.
A Monett native, Dr. Erin Carnes (Gasser) graduated from Monett High School in 2008. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Drury University, she was accepted into the University of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine in Columbia, MO. She graduated with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 2017.
The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is an international association of more than 36,000 veterinary care providers who treat companion animals. Established in 1933, AAHA is well-known among veterinarians and pet owners for its high standards in veterinary practices and quality pet care. AAHA is the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the U.S. and Canada.
