Do not! repeat, do not use this clown to try and sell a business for you.
Two years after listing my successful midcoast business I could barely find my listing. When I finally realized he wasn't working it was too late. He kept the retainer $$ and I NEVER recieved any serious inquiries.
Later in talking to other similar business owners who were looking to branch out, they told me that they didn't have a clue that my business was for sale.
You would think that they would be number one on the list to notify of a business for sale.
