I was taken to look at property by Mike Cobb.
We were informed the unit is available and even had discussions immediately after the showing about our LOI. Mike engaged in conversation about how to make our LOI appealing to the owner and we moved ahead literally hours after our meeting.
Sir, this unit was NOT available.... and we later found out it never really was.
One may claim, "of this sort of thing happens all the time. It is the owners responsibility to keep the broker informed" - but we both know that is just an amateur excuse.
