As a tenant in the building that is being sold, I need to leave this review for entering the apartment without notice.

We discovered this real estate brokerage just as we'd given up on finding something in the Munjoy Hill neighborhood of Portland. It seemed like finding Elise Loschiavo, who is sort of their star player over there, was a lottery win.

Elise is hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with. My wife and I decided to move to the Portland, Maine area and when we reached out to a community website, we were put in touch with Elise. She is an incredible resource about the city and house hunting. When we put an offer together on a house in Windham (from Portland, OR) she guided us through the whole process. Buying a house from across the country could have been an overwhelming process but she kept us in the loop and made us feel like we were there the whole time. Elise Loschiavo seriously is a saint. I wouldn't have survived out-of-state house hunting in Portland this Spring if she hadn't been there for me. As I was a first time home buyer I found myself pretty befuddled by the whole process but Elise was there every single step of the way and answered all of my questions -- no matter how silly -- and she did so with the utmost patience and clarity. I have a huge folder of saved emails to prove it :)
