My family and I planned my sister's engagement party with Ranch Events this past Nov. 2021, and we absolutely loved our experience! We worked with Megan, and she was a lovely, accommodating, and the most helpful event coordinator. She spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions about the venue, food, etc. I definitely recommend working with Ranch Events, and working with Megan specifically if you can!
The venue was beautiful and the staff was on top of it and really helpful. The food was tasty and enjoyable, and our guests really enjoyed the evening. Couldn't be happier

My wedding was in October and we are still blown away with Ranch Event's quality of service and food.
Pre-pandemic we had tastings with Kim who was just so patient when the pandemic hit with rescheduling and were the only vendors who didn't try to nickel and dime us.
We worked with Megan after who kindly brought back Sean (our initial chef) that made customized persian inspired dishes for our wedding. I had tons of people asking how on earth was our food so delicious!
The most outrageous part was the prices. They were truly so understanding of our budget and managed to make our wedding

We booked Ranch Events catering for our recent wedding at a separate venue. I wish we could do half stars, but I will say the food was 4 stars but the coordination leading up to the wedding was more of a 3.
In regards to the food, the scheduled tastings were amazing and we were so shocked with the large served portions! They're very generous and accommodating up front for sure. The food at the tastings seriously blew us away and we pretty much booked instantly. It was affordable and the quality was great, but the day of the wedding, my husband and I noticed the quality was a bit different

We catered Ranch Events for our wedding up at River Garden in Vista after having them cater my sister's wedding about 5 years ago. Paula and the catering staff were amazing again! So accommodating with whatever needed to be done for a safe environment in COVID. Everyone loved the food and there are always leftovers, so bring to go boxes too! We did the classic chicken/steak meal and highly recommend them for any catering events/needs you may have!

Ranch Events was great to work with for our wedding. Paula was our coordinator and she was very communicative and organized. The appetizers, dinner, cake, and drinks that they provided were all delicious and our guests really enjoyed them. They threw in a few extras for our event which was greatly appreciated. They accommodated all of our requests and allowed us to personalize our event as needed. We booked the Seaside Room and they did a great job of decorating the inside and outside of our venue. Couldn't be happier with Ranch Events! My husband and I were planning our wedding during COVID, and our original venue had to cancel. We needed to find a new reception location and came across Ranch Events through the list of preferred vendors for one of the ceremony locations we were looking at. While we initially were looking at a caterer only, we quickly learned from Ramon of Ranch Events that they run and manage the Seaside Room at the Marina Village Conference Center, which was perfect for us - they were literally a one-stop shop, and they were located conveniently 5 minutes away from

Ranch Events company is an exceptional catering service all around!! Their staff helped coordinate my mom's 80th Birthday celebration. It was a large event of about 150 guests. Ranch Events made the process so seamless! Our large family was able to truly enjoy the classy celebration because of how well organized Ranch Events operated! Ranch Events is super affordable for high quality food and service. They have many years and events under their belt and it is shown with the quality of work they produce. We have them cater our wedding and Bernardo made the whole process a great experience. Bernardo helped us out and was very understanding with all the covid restrictions changing on a regular basis. The food was amazing, we received so many compliments from our guests on how great the food tasted. Now the cake, woah! It was soooo good. We had three flavors and they were all amazing! Ranch Events catered our wedding about 2 weeks ago now, OMG was it amazing!!! The planning, food & cake tasting, rehearsal, decorations & everything in between! We could not have asked for a more perfect day & Bernardo was there with us every step of the way making sure we got everything we asked for.
The staff (Bernardo, Sal, servers & bartender) on the day of the wedding were very professional & a delight to work with. The food was delicious & the Cake came out exactly like the picture I sent.

A beautiful venue, excellent staff. We had our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal this past May 29,
2021 in the Seaside Room and it was spectacular.
Bernardo and Manager Sid were very flexible and
accommodating when changes were requested.
The entire service staff was very attentive and

We just celebrated our 25th Anniversary with Ranch Events. Paula was our coordinator. All we can say is, Outstanding! Paula is very professional and accommodating. Bernardo and Ranch Catering were beyond incredible to work with throughout our wedding planning process! We originally were going to only use Ranch for their catering services but due to covid and restrictions at our original venue, we ultimately switched our reception to the Ranch Seaside Room in Mission Bay. Being a covid bride moving forward with our original date, I couldn't help but be sad that we wouldn't be able to use our original venue and that we would have to cut our guest list, but in the end, our wedding was infinitely more beautiful, fun, and perfect than we had every imagined

While I was wedding planning I was interested in marina village and somehow got linked with ranch events which was great. They offered a complimentary tasting. However I didn't care too much for their food. The appetizers were really great but none of the main course food was better than average or below. My favorite entree was the vegetarian puff pastry thing. Would definitely want to eat that again however my family was not on board for that option. Minus one star because the food was one of my least favorite tastings we've done and minus one star because our main contact wasn&apos

Currently they've been have breakfast, lunch & dinner you can order online & pick up. The dinners feed 6 & are tasty. They will have Thanksgiving for you to order as well whole meals if you're interested. There are also vegan meals as well which is great. Ask if there are any food allergies or foods you don't eat, to see how the meals are prepared. I got dinner & was disappointed after getting home the baked beans included bacon.

My husband and I went back and forth about having our wedding this year due to the ramifications of Covid. Our original guest list was over 150 guests but since there was no way we could get everyone together in the near future, we finally decided to hold our wedding but invite family only and Zoom-invite everyone else.
