We had great service with a frozen pipe and a sink installation. The repair was done in a timely manner with a friendly attitude. The plumber communicated about everything he found, how he would fix it and showed quality work. We would recommend Bio Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

We Bought a home and soon after we found out the septic was completely shot. We were referred to Bio Plumbing. Thanks to the great crew, that came out and started the job the next day, we switched to city sewer in a day and a half. I’m impressed with how fast and well the job was done. Price was lower than other quotes too. Thanks again guys!! Great job!!

We were in a bit of an emergency situation and called Bio Plumbing for help. They were amazing in their quick response and solution to our problem. They had to fix the tile floor after the repair and it looks excellent too! We would highly recommend Jonathan and his team!

They arrived at the time they said they would, changed out 3 toilets in my house and other than having wonderful new toilets would never had known they were even here - everything was left so neat and clean.
Back story - until now I had not found a plumber in Knoxville that I really liked. Have had at least 3 different plumbers work on the same toilets and we decided it was time to just replace them all. I have finally found a good plumber in town!
