Lawrence Plumbing LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing service provider based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The company is owned and operated by Lawrence Chermely, a fourth-generation master plumber. Lawrence's great-grandfather Pete Lawrence established the original Lawrence Plumbing in Bartow, Florida in 1932.
His grandfather George and then his uncle Kenny carried on the tradition of plumbing excellence for several decades. Today, the Florida company is operated by one of Lawrence's cousins. Inspired by his family legacy and after 10 years of working in the plumbing industry, Lawrence Chermely established his company in 2010 to bring the same quality and dependable plumbing service to East Tennesseans.

We install conventional hot water heaters and service them to keep them functioning at their best. We also specialize in the installation and service of Navien tankless water heaters. Navien uses advanced technology that allows water to be heated on demand. Tankless water heaters never run out of hot water, save money on energy bills, and have a much longer life span than traditional water heaters.
Lawrence and Wayne are both very personable, professional and great to work with. They analyzed the problem quickly, repaired it, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving us with a job well done. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. We had to replace our polybutylene water line. Lawrence was recommended by several folks, including another plumber.

So very grateful that when I had a plumbing problem in 2019 I called Lawrence Plumbing. They did a great job that first time so when both my commodes began having problems I called Lawrence Plumbing. Lawrence and Wayne completed the job of replacing both toilets in both bathrooms and did so promptly since I was on a tight time crunch with company expected in a few days. Their work is superb! Lawrence and Wayne are professional, courteous, pleasant and I could not be more pleased.
