Mikhail, Ray, and Rick were wonderful. I love how the company sends out texts and emails who are coming. They call ahead of time with an estimated arrival. They arrived early, which was great. They were very professional and educated on the tissue at hand. I will most definitely recommend and use this company again.

Our water heater was old and leaking and Plumbing Authority replaced it with a tankless water heater and installed a water softener system. I cannot say if our cost was a good value for the simple reason that we had not gotten quotes from any other company. I will say that we will not use another company but Plumbing Authority from now on. They were very professional, respectful, neat, and carefully explained our new system and answered all questions prior to leaving our house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a new gas line brought to the kitchen and this was a free charge to have the new stove hooked up.
Rick arrived on time, was personable, professional and seemed very capable of completing his task.
He did not leave until we were completely satisfied. He used every gadget in the truck to insure there were no gas leaks and when all was done, he cleaned up and left.
He was a very good representative of the company. And this company is great.
