Bright smiles has been pleasant to work with from the beginning. We had some bumps in the road with me getting clearance to have x-rays done while pregnant from my Primary care doctor but they were patient and rescheduled without any hassle until they were able to receive that. Mariebel made sure to explain everything to me while taking the x-rays and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. V was great and took the time to explain my options so I could choose from what I was most comfortable with. The whole time they made sure to ask me if I had any questions and kept me informed.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid for the $98 exam and cleaning the website promoted, but after my exam the gum specialist said I was unable to get a cleaning? I have never missed a 6 month cleaning or had any gum issues that would prevent me from having a teeth cleaning. She did say I needed a $755 procedure done on 3 teeth before I could have my teeth cleaned? This company is going to take full advantage of new patients and recommend things you for don't need. I called to request a refund and the company refused. I don't know how a company can have such good ratings when

This place is dangerous. They lodged a file in my sons tooth and it broke off. They handed us our money back and told us to go somewhere else for the work. and it's going to cost us a huge amount of money to have the file removed. We don't have the money so we are screwed. They refuse to do anything about it, or pay to have the file that broke off removed. They just said it was a risk we agreed to. I don't know what we are going to do. Literally the worse humans ever.

We had an amazing experience at Bright Smiles! My three year old had an emergency and they took us right in on a Friday evening without any hesitation. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and very reassuring that my son would be ok. They did everything in their power to make our family and especially my frightened son feel comfortable. I am a new patient and was hoping to find a good dentist close to home. I had extremely bad experience with Bright Smiles staffs. On my first visit, which is a well visit, I was told my insurance does cover everything and my contribution is zero. After the visit I see from my insurance portal that the Xray wasn't covered because I am few months short of 2 years. The staff did a pre-check before my first visit and she confirmed everything was covered. Now I am told I have to pay $81. It is been more than 6 months and I still haven't got the bill from Bright Smiles where as in my insurance

I went to "Bright Smiles" for dental Deep Cleaning and periodontal treatment. It was easy to make appointments with Dr. Venkatesh; excellent location and office Hours. The office stuffs were very professional and welcoming. Dr. Venkatesh was really nice and did a great job of making me feel comfortable and walking me through all of my treatment. The Hygienist was super through, gentle and careful. Dr. took extra time to make sure everything was done properly. The complete procedure was comfortable and affordable too. I had not been to the dentist in nearly five years and was having tooth pain. I went in because of the great reviews on Google. I can tell you they are amazing. They didn't charge me anything unnecessary and did exactly what I needed. This is my favorite dentist I've ever been to in my life I would highly recommend this place. Everything is very nice and up-to-date very clean inside as well.

Dr. Venkatesh is the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever met. She was thorough in her exam and explanations, caring, and she took her time assuring me that everything was going to be okay. (I have HORRIBLE anxiety due to past dental experiences.)
I had a root canal and she never rushed me and she checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was always okay. She was genuinely concerned for me and my comfort and it showed. And her entire staff showed the same caring nature.
