I have been in the field of dentistry for quite some time and have always loved helping patients improve their oral health, whether it is through helping the doctor treat an abscessed tooth or assisting in cosmetic smile makeovers. Technology is amazing, I get a big kick out of watching patients' reactions after they have in-office whitening.
When I hand them the mirror, I watch for the expression of delight on their face when they see the results - it really means a lot to be able to help people in this way. We are a husband and wife dental team - both Georgia natives, we graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in August in 1999. We have practiced in Cumming since then, and have made it our home. We love it here! Our philosophy of care is very simple; we believe that our patients deserve the best possible care delivered with the highest level of compassion.
Your first visit to our office is an important one. Plan to arrive a few minutes early, and then Relax! We will have a friendly chat with you about your previous dental visits and any current concerns you may have, and then keep you completely comfortable as we complete a thorough oral health assessment.
We take this important responsibility very seriously! Our practice is focused on serving patients with a wide range of needs, from children that are excited and nervous about their first trip to the dentist, to adults that are well, just a little anxious about coming to see us. Our doctors and team are committed to making sure each visit with us is a positive, comfortable experience.

My family and I have been seeing Drs. Lucian and Becky Bryan since they opened in 1999. We have always had a positive experience and been made to feel as if we are part of the family. Amazing. They are super fast and friendly. I switched to them after my previous dentist told me I needed a filling in the same spot they had already filled twice. My wife switched over first and was very happy with them and she always hated going to the dentist. My first cleaning was fast, thorough, and relatively painless considering it had been over a year since my last one. They were able to determine that the one filling had not been done properly as the previous dentist had not removed all the rot. They also found one of the fillings was missing. We have been coming to Bryan Family Dentistry for over a decade. They are like an extension of our family. No matter where we move to in the area, we always stay with Bryan due to the level of service they provide. Their office is immaculate, staff is amazing, and my wife who hates the dentist loves going there. Dr. Bryan and his staff are very accommodating. They work with you to find a way to make sure all your fears and concerns are addressed. They are very patient and understanding of any issues you may have such as gag reflex, small mouth, general fear, etc. Also, the front office staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone in the entire office is so kind and always willing to fit us in at the last minute, if need be. Very professional staff. Our kids enjoy going to get their teeth cleaned and are always excited to visit the treasure box. I have been going to this dentist since I was a child. I haven't been there in about 5 years since I relocated out of the Atlanta area. My recent visit I had set up an emergency dental appointment with serious tooth pain. They called me back to the chair and within 5 minutes they sent me out of there office. They stated there was nothing they could do for me. They couldn't help me with my chipped bridge( by simply drilling it smooth so it would be as noticeable) or my cavity that was causing me extreme pain. Horrible service.
