Pamela lovelien is a professional con artist that specializes in ripping off first time renters. our house had black mold, leaky pipes, mice, and some of the ugliest trim i’ve ever seen in my life. literally 2x1 boards painted white and set along the floor. set down not even nailed into the wall. she said construction would finish up in the first two weeks of our lease. her “contractors” worked on our property INSIDE and outside our “home” nearly everyday for over 4 months. including thanksgiving day when they entered unannounced to install blinds. not to mention constant unmasked tours

I wish that I could leave a negative star, because I would. I honestly don't understand how these people stay in business. If you ever have an "appointment" with Pam, I hope that you like waiting around for hours with no repose only to be blown off and given a terrible excuse as to why she has to reschedule. She is a very poor time manager. She will take money out of your security deposit for things that are her responsibility. She does not care about her properties or the tenants. If you have already signed at lease... GOOD LUCK!
