My fiancé and I had a great experience renting from E & B rental. We had a 3-month short term lease with them in Altoona. Although the apartment had its quirks and may need some updates (the carpet was stained for example), the rent price was extremely reasonable, and we didn’t get charged much on our deposit back. The staff and management at E & B is one of the best we have ever rented through. They were easy to communicate with, always friendly, and attentive to our needs as renters.
