The community is excellent and well maintained. Offers resort style living providing swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball. Calm n peaceful and close to amenities and conveniences. Maintenance staff friendly and responds promptly. Staff are friendly and shared lot of information about schools etc. as we were new to PA. Thanks to Kayla and Rita who helped us in moving and settling down in new place.

They are thieves!!! I rented this apartment for one year during COVID- during which I didn’t even reside here, but in my second home working remotely. They charged me $100 for professional carpet cleaning and $300 for “apartment cleaning” out of my security deposit! It’s the responsibility OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX to clean the apartment to have it… ready for the next tenants!!! Mind you, I did clean the actual apartment the day PRIOR to my leaving. THEY’RE CROOKS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! And then they don’t respond or give any valid reason as to why they

BEWARE! I recently moved out of one of Triple Crowns apartments and was shocked to receive a bill for $300 to clean the entire apartment. I know I left the apartment in excellent shape. When I questioned the charge, they said that it was not left in the way that I received it. It was a brand new unit. Obviously after living in the apartment for… 15 months it is not going to appear the same as brand new. They also said that my method of cleaning the carpet was unacceptable. (It was a dry cleaning service and not steam- and cost me $170.). I could not be there for a final walkthrough because

Take care of you customers. Don't take advantage of people, and try to use loopholes to avoid taking care of your customers. If you are found responsible for paying damages you caused, don't try to use legal loopholes to suppress your tenants. It would help if you actually took care of your properties as well.
