This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is going well for the residents.

Great experience with Marissa today. They did not have what I needed but she still spent plenty of time with us.

The leasing office is very bad about following through with their actions. I’ve been waiting to hear back from them to get the ball rolling and wouldn’t get a response from anyone. I had to keep calling and emailing to get something. They have very poor communication and gave us very little time to make a decision on the apartment and sent us the approval letter very last minute. There were so many little things I have to do before I move in and I am so stressed out. I really hope they don’t continue to behave this way because it’s starting to piss us off and makes us not want to live there

This was a great place to live. The gym is well-equipped and pretty clean, the people are very nice, and the apartments are beautiful and very new! I lived here during COVID during the winter, so I can't comment on the pool. This complex did a great job with snow removal from the parking lots.

Upscale apartments that are definitely worthy of being called luxurious. The community is well maintained and the leasing and maintenance staff are great. The complex is conveniently located with easy access to the Carlisle Pike and I-83.

I could not be happier to have chosen Union Flats as my first apartment. The office staff is so kind and helpful. We rarely hear our neighbors above or next to us. The maintenance is fast and efficient. The apartments provide the perfect amount of space for my fiancee and myself. I was the first occupant of a new building when I moved in the beginning of October. The community is very well maintained even while construction is taking place. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful in answering questions and even helped with redirecting packages delivered to the wrong building. The layouts for the apartments are very well done and make use of the space efficiently. The amenities in the community and apartments are high quality and rent is comparable to other communities in the area of lower quality. You definitely get more than you pay for when compared elsewhere

I absolutely love living in this community and highly recommend it. I previously lived in a single family home and was very nervous about living in a shared community but have no regrets. I especially love the pool area especially since I did not have to care for it like I had at my house. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone feels like family. We have lived here since March 2018 and are truly looking forward to our years here at this property. We have lived for several different realtors over the past few years, and no property compares to Union Flats. The staff is wonderful and responsive, the property is gorgeous, the apartments are so spacious, and we love how pet-friendly they are. This is truly a great place to live, you will not regret it.

Stephanie is very kind and patient. She gave me a nice tour of the complex and the models. I also appreciate that she sat down to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! The community is clean, spacious, convenient, and the staff is amazing (thanks to Stephanie, Perry, and Maria). They are very reasonably priced, newly built and have all of the amenities, plus pet friendly which can be hard to find when renting. I would highly recommend Union Flats to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Recently out of college and I found my perfect home away from home. Excellent fitness facility and pool area where you meet friendly faces. From retired to just starting their careers, everyone is pleasant and happy. The staff has the upmost respect for all their residents and are quick to help in any way they can. In terms of apartment, I don't… know what I'd change. It comes with a huge kitchen with lots of storage, in unit washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms. It's all brand new, kept well and you feel safe and cozy as soon as you enter the community driveway. Very happy to have found

Incredible staff, and beautiful apartment. When I moved in I walked into my apartment and there was a move-in gift on the counter and party trays in the refrigerator. Talk about a warm welcome home. I love this place
