I’d Rather Live Under A Bridge Then To Live Here . The stuff is so money hungry & inconsiderate. I had Covid & asked for an extra time to pay rent. They wanted to still come to my apartment to pick up “Cash” , I’ve Never Paid Rent in cash ! I wouldn’t recommend. They are very Nasty and rude.

We really love this community. We have not had one bad experience here. The apartment building is convenient for our entire family. Close to our out of town family, close to our employers, close to shopping, and close to all transportation (airport, bus station, train station and major interstates and highways). - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Such a big apartment but no support from the property management. Whole apartment smells like a weed hub. No parking facilities. When I asked them about parking they tell us to go to pay and park because they don't have space. I understand they are having some renovation going in the parking area and basement parking but their answer was "our parking is full and we don't have enough space", weird thing is everyday when I come from work at night I see lots of empty space to park my vehicle. Don't know what to say now. Just waiting for my lease to get over and I can run out from here but long way

Terrible place. Dirty building, rude office management, and terrible neighbors. Roger the building manager is another pos who made my experience there TERRIBLE. Do not consider this trash establishment. Go literally anywhere else downtown.

Overall, it's a nice place in a good downtown location if that's the lifestyle that you're looking for. The management keeps up on the maintenance and the apartments can be as good as the effort you put into decorating it.

It started off okay, but honestly the price is not worth it. There’s no...space, a fly couldn’t move in. It doesn’t reflect the housing market and rent constantly changed. Save your money and go 2 mins down front st. There are much cheaper, bigger facilities there. Not only that, it’s my last month and they’ve been charging me extra on whatever they can. Seriously not worth it, if rude staff, too expensive, unpredictable rent isn’t your thing. I’d go elsewhere.

Horrible place. I lost my job while I lived here. The account was reported to collections when I had no way to pay. The apartment was rerented and they got to get on with their lives. If someone loses their job you shouldn't forward them to slimey collectors. This is the only place where I have ever been followed into a building because the area is so unsafe. Shameful.

I had to move out very quickly, after living in this place for almost a year, because my dad died suddenly (which they knew). I cleaned everything from top to bottom in under 24 hours, and was charged over $500 in fees for paint, two carpet cleanings, stove cleaning, and whatever else you can think of. Anyone who knows me knows I am a crazily clean person, and all of those things were most certainly cleaned. They also charged me $50 for a parking tag not being returned. Keep in mind, the parking tag is about a $1 piece of plastic, and I TOLD one of the ladies in the office I didn't have it

Traveling nurse who received a great furnished apartment. Nicki went above and beyond to make sure i am happy. I got dishes, linens, vacuum, broom, iron with ironing board, and tv. This place is perfect walk to restaurants, bars and trails. Right next to the river. Very clean in every area. Security and safety is the number one plan of management. Could not ask for anything better.

Here for a summer internship - great option for short-term leasing. Fairly priced, nice amenities (gym, pool), and located conveniently near restaurants and bars in Harrisburg!

I needed a furnished apartment for three months. I looked all over Harrisburg and was ready to give up until I met April. She helped us with everything! When our air conditioner needed replacing, she organized everything and the new one was super cool. The laundry is immaculate. Our packages are delivered on time. The cleaning staff is nice. The pool is clean. We went to two parties for tenants and had fun. 5 STARS!

I moved here in January and so far I have very little to complain about. Maintenance is quicker than any other maintenance employees I've dealt with in other apartment buildings I've lived in ( 4 different buildings during college) and much much friendlier. The leasing office is always friendly when I have a question (and there's been plenty) and I can tell they do their best to recognize everyone that walks in the office by name, which is rare in my opinion. The laundry room and gym are both super clean. The only thing is you must pay per load. The building is very secure which

I rented from Pennsylvania Place for one year. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. There were however a few redeemable aspects of living there. It is close to downtown, convenient to 81, and the parking garage was great (parking is not included in your rent it's an extra $100 for covered parking and 90 for u covered), and the maintenance guys were friendly and helpful.

Now I'm sure many of you want to know what the rent is since they don't post it online they tell you after they put your information in their computer system and it tells them. Well my usual monthly rent

Even a star is not worth it. Had to rent for 6 month everything was over charged. The noise level was too high because of the train station right next to it. every hour no matter day or night noise were too high even sleeping i woke up by the noise. Also the management was awful I gave them my laundry card back to get my money back because they were changing to new machines (needed new card). After a month, i asked for it and all they were saying was that I was not on the list sorry (they forgotten or lost it). After i got out I received 100 dollars from 300 deposit. After taking my last utilities

Update: The honeymoon ends when you leave. They will do their best to lighten your pockets.

Management is friendly and maintenance is always extremely friendly in passing. Well priced rent and a well maintained building are all you can ask for and it is definitely delivered here. Just a tip, curtains will be needed to keep out light on higher floors.

Management was very nice and very friendly although at times do seen snobbish. It takes some getting use to the trains and the light so early in the morning.
It's a good first rent in the city.

Oh PA Place, how can I not review thee?

This is my place to crash after a long day at work. It's fun living in a sky scraper :) although my view could've been better.

What I like:
- Excellent maintenance
- Clean and semi-safe (have heard shots being fired close by one sat. night few months ago)
- Proximity to the river, train station
- On site gym, coin-op laundry
- Walking distance to starbucks, some cool eating places

What I don't like:
- Proximity to the train station :) I like to sleep in on the weekends
- Leasing office staff can be snobby at times
