FUSION Martial Arts is dedicated to teaching only adults, in a highly effective yet very safe environment. The FUSION curriculum is based on teaching methods that make it easy for people from all walks of life to succeed in the martial arts. Even if you have no prior experience, you will find yourself learning on the first day, and leaving with a sense of accomplishment.
The FUSION logo says it all! Here, you will learn the most important and effective aspects from multiple martial arts disciplines. The curriculum is organized in a manner so every student quickly becomes proficient in the art and science of self defense. The FUSION Martial Arts ADULT Program puts it all together!
Group classes are dynamic, challenging, interesting, and most of all. FUN! Classes normally begin with some type of functional warm-up. During this time, students engage in aerobically based movement that features the same body mechanics required in martial arts training. Once students are adequately "loosened up, " group class will focus on one or two specific aspects of the FUSION curriculum.
