Curcio Law founder Tom Curcio, began his career working at the Old Town Law Firm of Weight, Finch, & Chamowitz as a part-time law clerk in 1981 while attending the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. full time. After graduating in 1983 he became an associate at Cohen, Annad, Dunn, & Sinclair a leading firm in Alexandria.

As a cohesive unit, we meet regularly to review current cases to ensure all team members are familiar with each one we are handling, and have the opportunity to get to know all of our clients.

As is standard in the personal injury field, our fee is contingent upon us obtaining compensation on your behalf, either by reaching a settlement or winning your case at trial. Unlike big corporations, most individuals who suffer an injury and lose time from work cannot afford to pay personal injury attorneys an hourly rate commensurate with their level of the attorney's experience.

Justin truly has your best interest at heart. He listened to my car accident situation and actually advised that I not hire a lawyer. He pointed out my case would be simply enough to proceed on my own, that I would take home more without involving a lawyer, and continued to chat and give me advice anyways. I was so impressed with how well Rakin, my lawyer, helped me threw the process of how to get a settlement after a scary car accident on a highway in Virginia, that was the first time this had ever happened to me. He worked with me n always made sure I fully understood what was going on n he gave me the best n most honest advice , n then had me make every final decision with the full understanding of what things meant. A couple of years ago I was in a car accident caused by a negligent driver that left me with a lot of pain, which persisted for over a year.
