Anna Chludzinski has spent the entirety of her legal career as a trial attorney and continues this work as the founder of Chludzinski Law, PLLC. Both Anna Chludzinski and Evelyn Mitchell began their careers as public defenders handling well over 1,000 criminal cases during that time and acquiring invaluable trial experience.
Disorderly Conduct is a charge that includes a wide range of behaviors that have the "intent to disturb the peace". If you are causing a disruption in public and the police have to intervene you will likely be charged with Disorderly Conduct. This is a somewhat catchall charge in Virginia for any behavior the police deem disruptive.
Many people do not realize that if police respond to a call involving a domestic matter, they will almost always arrest at least one person involved in the situation. Law Enforcement are responsible for determining who the initial aggressor was and if a determination can be made they will arrest that person, even if that person was the one who called 911 and asked for assistance.

Evelyn Mitchell represented our Son in a custody challenge both at the initial hearing and at the appeal. Adam was able to not only achieve primary custody of his daughter, but also retain that custody at appeal. In the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is rare that the Father is given stronger rights over a child than the Mother, but, Evelyn was able to achieve just that.
