Services
Our principles have been involved in Design/Build for many years. They understand that producing designs which meets codes is not enough to get the job done. The designs have to be practical and easy to install. They have to be efficient and cost effective. This means keeping up with the latest technology and producing designs that are energy efficient.
For this project, we saved the owner money by re-using many of the existing equipment left behind from the previous owner. The kitchen hood and makeup systems were in good condition so we re-used them. This save the owner money and at the same time, speed up the permitting process. Most of the kitchen plumbing equipment was re-used as well.
