We have been living here for 5 months now and it has been terrible since we moved in. The pictures we were shown don’t match what was given to us AT ALL! The place is infested with roaches. There are everywhere and we have seen many crawling on our beds, while I’m making this there is one crawling on my wall. We only get hot water for about 5 minutes then it turns ice cold, whoever lives above us let their sink run and it caved our ceiling in. This place is way smaller than we intended, so we are overall very disappointed with this place. And have been wanting to leave for awhile now.

I needed a place fast and in a hurry. I was able to move in within 2 weeks, thanks to the office manager Jennifer Greene. She is amazing! I stayed in a huge two bedroom on the 3rd floor. Pros: quiet, great price, short leasing available, weekly or daily cleaning staffs. Laundry room located on the first floor. Locked down unit (requires access key). Large parking spaces. Well lit parking lots. Regular pest control. Working elevator. Wheelchair pathways accessible. Cons: urine stained/bad odor in hallways and walkways( due to pet owners not cleaning after their pets).
