Got lost coming through this complex being from out of town. Had an interaction with the property manager and she was the most disrespectful person I could have encountered. Put in a dangerous situation which could have injured myself and she stated that she did not care. I would hate to live here and deal with her regularly WARNING! I hope the owners of this property re-evaluate who they have running their business.

I wouldnt even give one star if I were able to. They not only did away with the cable and did not notify myself and my husband at the very least; they didn't fix anything in a timely manner...if they fixed it at all. Now they are claiming we owe them a huge amount of money for damages...after five months. We gave notice of intentions to move out, they did a walk through and signed off on the apartment...we even got money back?! They are shady and definitely not worth the amount of money they ask for in rent.

It wasn't a terrible experience. The apartments are kinda cozy, the pool is decent, it's nice being surrounded by trees. Sometimes there isn't enough parking, the walls are kinda thin so it felt like I was in the apartment with the newborn baby that lived beneath us. Rent did go up so I decided to move, but maybe should have stayed considering the options in town

Lets just say....I moved out on TIME, gave my notice of 60 days PLUS, and here it is DECEMBER PEOPLE and still waiting on that deposit check..... Promised.... Bed bugs infested place, a whole building still not able to rent out, due to sink hole and tenants had to leave thier only place known as a home..raising rent like crazy... Im so glad im gone BUT I WOULD LIKE MY CHECK....I am about on my LAST NERVE WITH THIS OUTFIT!!!!
