AE Lofts are the best lofts in Saint Joseph! The sense of community, beauty/design of the building, lay out of the lofts, and the amenities are unlike any other apartment building here. The property manager Faith is very helpful, efficient with the leasing process, and available for any questions or apartment needs. The maintenance manger, Alan, is very fast with any repairs or fixes within the apartment and makes sure to provide excellent communication of what needs done if need be! I highly recommend American Electric Lofts for anyone: college students, empty nesters, business men, and entrepreneurs

Moved to AE from Texas and so far I am ecstatic with the choice I made to live in the AE community. Everyone in the apartment is very nice and cordial to each other which makes the vibe in the complex inviting.
Just as the other reviews state - Faith is an awesome community manager and she did both video and in person showings of the apartments. Faith showed me numerous available apartments and all were very spacious, modern, and had high ceilings. She is also attentive to the tenants needs and checks in to see how things are going regularly.
I have not brought my dog up yet but I know he is

American Electric is by far the best place to live in and around the St. Joseph area. Lived here for 9 months. The community manager Faith is more than accommodating, and may even have to much grace some times. The staff is second to none and it’s a fun environment to live in. The bonus to living here is seeing all the cute fur babies.

My husband and I moved from Lincoln, NE to Saint Joseph for a job and did a virtual and in-person tour at AE Lofts. Faith was so charismatic and professional! She answered all of our questions and reassured us we were making the right decision; Faith gave us the scoop on where to get groceries, how close my husband’s job was (only a 10 minute commute!), and the police department is only a few blocks away. We felt safe and at home immediately. Choosing AE Lofts as our new home was a no-brainer.
