Regular massage sessions serve to 'educate' the body at a cellular level. They enable the body's energy pathways to flow more thoroughly and efficiently. The result is that our bodies change through slower breathing, more relaxed muscles, and a healthier immune system. Gradually, our bodies learn to live in a more natural state of balance and harmony.

As health coach, I have learned that we, me included, each need to be reminded of what we already know. This includes the importance of what we eat or don't eat, the importance of consistent exercise, the importance of decisions that reduce stress! I have been coaching others about health for many years and keep coming back this: "I get only one body and I best take care of it."
In my early years I was taught that good health was a prerequisite for a quality life. Another benefit of maintaining health was the prevention of illnesses ---"it is easier to prevent disease than to heal it." My health and life was in my court. Growing up on a bulb flower farm I had ample opportunity to observe the way plants grew, or didn't.
