Had a wonderful deep tissue massage from Douglas earlier this week. He really took the time to find out all my ailments and worked diligently to make me feel close to perfect again. I originally thought a 2 hour session would be too long but by the time it was over, I wished it could have continued for another hour. I felt like I was floating just walking back to my car. I've never had a through deep tissue massage like this before. Great conversation as well. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Doug is an amazing body worker. He takes his time and knows body anatomy very well. He also knows about posture and the importance of how we carry ourselves, whether walking or sleeping and how it affects the pain we carry in our bodies. Doug is a warm, gentle, caring soul. I highly recommend him. He's not a fru fru massage person so avoid him if that's what you're looking for. He's an intuitive healer!

I tried too many bodyworkers for my back issues which now has gotten so bad that i can't hike/walk too well. I get debilitating migraines as well. I found Doug last yr but was unable to get an appt with him then (i'm 1.5 hours away), and finally recently, i contacted him and made an appt a month out. I talked to him over the phone for 5-10m about my issues and was skeptical since i've been through so many referrals. But, i was pleasantly surprised, he met with me and spent 15 m with gait analysis and afterwards, we got ready to do the bodywork. While one session didn't take

Douglas is one of the best bodyworkers in Sonoma County that I have had the blessing to work with. As a body worker myself I have very high standards. Douglas fits the bill. He takes the time to really hear what is going on with you. He evaluates your posture and your gait. His hands are PRESENT to what is going on under them. And if anything feels uncomfortable he is open to your communication and adjusts. I would say aside from wanting your highest healing, he wants you to be comfortable. He's pressure is "just right".

I have been one of Douglas's clients for nearly two years. He is a compassionate and gentle healer. Doug is absolutely amazing! I showed up a little past my start time and I still feel I received the whole experience. He first took the time to hear me out and explain his technique and what he offers. After listening to me he was able to sum up what I needed in my massage. This was the best therapeutic massage I've ever experienced. His pressure was perfect! Not too soft not too hard and he relieved ever "knot" around my shoulder without, as he puts it,"biting the leather." While he worked his magic he shared his knowledge of how I can learn to release the tension myself

I met Douglas last week for a body tuning session. My sciatic was acting up and I had pain in my mid-back and neck as well. We discussed my history at length and he felt he could help correct my problems. He is a very spiritual person, well informed, a healer with great technique like I've never experienced before. The session was successful at alleviating my pain symptoms, although it took a couple days to recover from the deep tissue work, which was little price to pay! I highly recommend Douglas, just wish he was closer!

I met Douglas years ago at Osmosis in Freestone and followed him since. He knows exactly what he is doing. What Western Medicine doesn't do, he does it without drugs. He knows the body.
