I have lived in Sonoma County for the majority of my life. I moved to San Francisco, where I received my massage training, in 2008 and moved back to this beautiful area in 2016. I love music, and have sang in a number of bands throughout my adult life. I love hiking, swimming and spending every extra moment I have with my friends, family and my amazing fiance.
I spent a combined 12 years working in social services, serving adults with disabilities. While I loved that work I knew a few years ago that I needed a change. I've always known that I wanted to be in a job where I felt I could help people and better the lives of those I met, so massage was a perfect transition and I could not have found a better suited profession.

I had a lot of back and neck pain from my work, as well as carrying a heavy toddler for much of the day. Niki quickly identified what my main problem areas were, and worked them so well! I've had my share of massages, and I loved Niki's holistic approach. She even found areas I wasn't aware were so messed up.
I really appreciated her calm energy, and that she didn't talk the whole time :). I highly recommend Heart in Hands Massage! ♥️

Nicole has a calming, peaceful presence that allows you to fully relax. She has a beautiful office, that compliments her, and talented hands. I get body work every month cause she is the only massage therapist I have ever felt completely comfortable with, I could just go in turn it all off, and let her do her magic.
