Update: The maintenance and pest control did reach out immediately the next day after this was posted and placed traps and for the mice, haven’t seen it ever since. They asked us to wait for 3-4 weeks for it to work. Hoping that it worked.
Changing my rating for their response to the situation.
Been living here for about 4 months now and have faced problems every other week. Firstly, the move-in experience was bad. The apartment was not ready at all, bath tub was broken, rusty and none of the cupboards were cleaned, even in Kitchen.

This is a great place! the administration is attentive, the call for maintenance was slow and not working, and they changed staff and it seems to have improved a lot. the only thing they need to improve is the dog park. the money is always filled with water, forming clay and this makes it difficult to use. if they put rocks in place of grass, or another type of floor, it would make the dog park use more often and would help people like me who have dogs a lot.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Have been living here for the last 4 months and it has been horrible. Not a safe place to live at all- just in the lot outside my building there have been AT LEAST 6 break ins in the time I’ve been here. Yes, smashed windows and all. My car was one of them, not only were two of my windows smashed, but things I had in there for work were stolen out of my car. Every time it happens and management is asked to implement security features, they do NOTHING but ignore you. They do the whole song and dance of “oh, we’ll pass this along” but nothing has changed. Nobody seems

I have been living at Andover place for about a year and to be honest it has been a great experience. The first 6 months I was dealing with mice and contacted maintenance and as a relief, I haven’t been seeing them as much as before so hopefully that issue was taken care of. The neighborhood is very safe and super quiet, great for residents with dogs and kids. I use their gym a lot since I now work from home. The equipments are very old and could definitely be replaced, one of the treadmill don’t work which makes it hard unless you get there first. I’ve said something to management, still

I’ve been living here over a year. My apartment have lots of mouse. This is been on going since the first day we moved in. I shouldn’t renewal my contract only because they said they hired new contractor to get rid of this problems. We have more mouse with this new contractor. We clean these drops everyday, we buy containers to store our foods. There were time we had to put everything on our dining table. This is awful, we have had to asked to give us a different apartment but they won’t agree. This is not worth paying over 2k a month for this type of apartment.

I lived here for almost two years (2018-2020). It’s not a particularly fancy place, but I never felt unsafe. This was the most cost effective option I could find in an expensive area, and I don’t regret the choice. I only had good experiences with management and maintenance, and there were no issues getting my security deposit back.

It would have been a perfect score if my security deposit was received on time, also we move out because of the increasing rental fee but that’s business….it’s understandable….I still highly recommend this place due to its quietness, security wise, amenities, prompt response on maintenance issue and above all you can exercise like jogging due to its huge compound and safeness…if circumstance permits I’m still looking forward to become a future tenant again.
