The place is beautiful very convenient to stores, Transit, restaurants, the doctor's office but I thought they were income based apartments? Because the lady that I spoke to in the office told me that I needed to make five times the rent?! I'm confused? Online it says income based but in person it's different 🧐🤷🏽‍♀️

LoftFive50 is a great property intended to help low income folks in the lawrence area. Unfortunately it has fallen into predatory practices under the new site administration. Management has enacted a new parking policy under the guise of “not having enough parking spaces.” The reality is that the new office staff has a personal/business relationship with the assigned towing company, and has implemented this new parking ordinance in order to provide the towing company with extra business. Prior to the change in policy, the parking lot averaged between 20-30 unused parking spaces each night,

I’ve been apartment searching for the past 5 months and it hasn’t been easy. Today I called Loft Five50 and spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer, informed me about the waitlist for her site which is WAY to long for me to wait, however she did help me with other resources in the area and Lowell as well. Jennifer, was pleasant and very informative. 5 STARS

I have lived for four years and love the spacious apartment. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance is right on top of it. Sara speaks to you with the upmost respect and listens to help you solve any problems/ concerns you may have. Jenny, the secretary, is great in the same sense.

Love my big beautiful apartment, and the 2 women at the front office Sara and Jenny are so helpful. Anything I need they are always so nice, pleasant, and professional. All smile here! Never felt more at home, here at loft 550.

Stopped in to visit a friend at Loft 550 and was assisted by James who was very helpful. The property looked well maintained and taken care of. Great job Winn Co..... smart advertising with the shirt logo too
