I was working as a Surgical Technician in a hospital in New Mexico and had a major work related injury in September 2019. I ended up being diagnosed as having Carpal Tunnel and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome by one of my employer’s doctors in January of 2020. I was is a car accident in August 2019. At the time of the accident there were not any witnesses on scene. Kevin helped me deal with the insurance company and during his investigation he was able to find a witness who was able to verify that i was not at fault. Before Kevin found the witness the insurance company was doing a 50/50 at fault but with the witness Kevin was able to get the insurance company to change the ruling and the other driver was found to be 100% at fault. Mr. Holmes was a godsend I was involved in an MVA while driving a tow truck So I had a workman's comp as well as an accident claim. He was able to navigate everything for me and just told me to focus on healing and getting better and he took the reins and I couldn't ask for more any questions or concerns I had he was extremely prompt with getting back to me. Hopefully, I never go through this again but if I do he will always be my first call for help.
