Shannon is incredible. She is upfront with fees and keeps you well informed. Shannon can roll with the punches and is extremely patient even when your not. Would recommend her to anyone. Her team works as a unit and Shannon is always in the loop to what is going on, no matter how many colleagues are working on your case. Hopefully we never have to use her again, but I would in a heart beat.

Were to begin... our family has suffered a great injustice and lost someone dear to us. And KKI took our case with open arms in the beginning and all seeming like things were going perfectly and our family would finally get the justice we so badly needed. But after 2yrs of working hard to get our case together and with little help from KKI besides once in a while a phone call after we would have to hound them to call us back. We had very little help from them and the communication was almost nonexistent they out of no where with out a phone call or any warning to our family sent us a letter of

The attorney's in this firm actually care about their clients; they don't just say it; they ACT upon it! Many attorneys can give a song and dance to get their clients signed up, but they can't necessarily represent you with the expertise and passion necessary to win. I have been around the criminal and civil justice system for much of my adult life. I have seen many attorney's come and go along the way. Do you want an attorney that is here to stay?
