Last year’s event was one of the worse accidents, I’ve had in quite some time. I was Hurt, so I called Burt!! From the very first meeting I had with Parnall law firm, I was put at ease, and knew I was in good hands regarding my case. Parnall Law Firm is New Mexico’s best! Nicholas Trost (my attorney) kept me well informed and abreast of my case. He was sincere and honest with me in every situation. I could not find any flaw with Nick, staff or the entire operation. As a person totally unaware of litigation terms and the legal possibilities, I felt that Parnall took time to explain (and explain again) what my options were. Ms. Araceli Pozar was exceptional in her attention to the details of my case. I especially was warmed by a mostly female professional team that worked with me. When I was sideswiped and falsley accused of causing the accident, which totalled my vehicle, I turned to Parnall Law. They were responsive and attentive. Working with my insurance and myself to resolve the case. I received calls to be sure I was doing ok after the accident. I had not had anyone do that before. They also followed up with me regarding my work and knew that I'd had to miss time there due to the accident. I appreciated their professionalism and care for my well being. Litigation takes time and I know they were diligent in processing the case as quickly as possible. I was very pleased

Una and Robin helped us tremendously this year as we dealt with a car accident while I was 34 weeks pregnant. During such a difficult time and having to deliver early, they helped answer questions, work with insurance, and made sure that we were given the highest settlement possible. They were so quick and responsive when we had questions and helped navigate such tricky situations with insurance and our vehicles. Parnell Law firm has been exceptional. My daughter is a survivor of a DWI crash. Nick and Aracely have treated us like family. If we ever need anything or have any questions we can call them anytime. They have always been so kind and compassionate to us they this rough time. I would highly recommend Parnell Law for any legal issue, if they can not help you they will help you find the next step. I do not recommend Parnall Law Firm if you need to file a malpractice case. Contrary to what I had expected, they do not have a malpractice attorney on staff at their office. They "partner" with outside attorneys. I spent a lot of time and effort speaking to Parnall Law Firm regarding my daughter being left blind in one eye due to medical "professionals." I was referred to their partner law firm Bencoe and LaCour. Nobody was working in their office. I left a detailed voicemail. I received a voicemail back from one of the attorneys saying they are not taking any new cases

Very professional and caring staff, and were there to listen and understand. Jessica gave her all plus some, and never missed a beat, a call, and even checked in with us. Sheneille was upbeat, and on the ball. Both always took our calls, and unless they were in a meeting, never had to leave a message. Una worked her butt off. She is very knowledgable and is a great attorney as well as law resource. She knows what she is doing. We felt support from your whole staff from the beginning, and made us feel like we weren't alone and you had our back. Parnall Law Firm handled things for us
